Dr. Kandula is great. She is very personable & takes her time to address all of your concerns. My skin has looked so much better since doing treatments with her.

Waited in the exam room for 40 mins, Dr Kandula finally came in after I complained to the staff. No apology for the wait and she proceeded to introduce herself despite this being at least our 3rd visit there. I had my reservations during a previous visit after the Dr spent more time asking me to write a Google review than performing my exam, but this visit was the last straw. We won’t be back. Update: Unbelievable. Multiple visits and procedures and never once received a phone call following up yet one bad review and I get not one but two calls from Dr Kandula. DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN!

I have been seeing Dr. Kandula for over 10 years, and I am always impressed with how great she is with all my medical needs. She is the most honest and compassionate physician. She is extremely knowledgable and has the kindest bed side manners. Dr. Kandula truly cares for each and every one of her patients. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family, and they agree!

I felt comfortable from the moment I walked into DSA. The front desk girls were professional and friendly! I have seen both Dr. Kandula and the Nurse Practitioner Donna. I highly recommend both providers! They were both patient, compassionate, and professional. The medical assistants in the room were also very knowledgeable. DSA offers medical and cosmetic treatments to adhere to your specific skin concerns. They have various different lasers, facials, fillers, and other cosmetic treatments to target your needs. Highly recommend this practice! I will definitely be returning for all my medical and cosmetic needs!

I've seen several wonderful dermatologists in my life so this isn't my first rodeo. My first visit i thought Dr. Kandula's mannerisms were slightly rude but decided to see her again because i thought maybe it's me. She did get a bit more friendly, the next few times I saw her. However, her assistant was kind in all fairness. She did a minor surgery on my breast above my nipple. Unfortunately, I did let her do the procedure as she never suggested a plastic surgeon. I was advised by one that the nipple and above should at least be suggested to see a plastic surgeon if you care about the way you look. That was not an option that was suggested to me and I so wish it was. She took it into her own hands and never suggested something better for me. Her cosemetic prices are also outrageous. This doctor is also concerned about payment and insurance. I will not be returning back to her care and would not recommend her based on my experiences.

Always a good experience. Dr Kandula is amazing! The office staff is always courteous and professional. I'm so happy I found this practice and gladly recommend Dermatology and Skincare Arts to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Kandula for my acne for nearly a year and have seen an huge improvement in my skin. Definitely recommend her for her attention to patient care and ability to help with any issues.

Dr. Kandula is a meticulous dermatologist who has incredible professionalism and focuses on patient-centered care. Her office and staff are professional and could not be more lovely. From the moment I called the office, the staff were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Dr. Kandula’s approach to medicine is to spend the time each patient needs and deserves to answer questions and explain everything in a clear way. She is a private practice and NOT part of a big dermatology or medical group which focuses on volume which often means you are rushed in and out. I cannot recommend her enough for any dermatology related-need. I’ve already recommended her to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Kandula for keeping my skin healthy so I can look my best!

This provider is only interested in draining its patient's accounts. Extremely expensive and on top of it they charged me for the treatment, then try to put the same invoice to get paid from the insurance as well. I went to get skin tags removed, but they were more concerned with how much they could charge me than the issue itself. I am not happy with their service overall.

Dr. Swetha Kandula is a very excellent doctor. I have had sores all over my body and a severe one on my leg. She prescribed medications for both problems and explained how to take care of them plus treat my eczema. I am so very pleased.
