Absolutely Terrible Service and Uncaring Absolutely do not see this doctor. This staff and doctor is extremely unprofessional and is just looking to get paid. She posses very little knowledge to practice in the states specially when it comes to first time parents, she will deliver the minimal advise someone needs. And recently with a small problem with billing that was already taken care of just with a delay of a month of payment she refused to see my son anymore while knowing he is already overdue for his vaccines and there is not another PCP available for the network for miles. Absolutely rediculous services avoid coming in here.

If I could give this highly unethical doctor a negative -5 ⭐️review I would. I should’ve known that something was off immediately when my daughter’s first appointment time was set for 10am and the office was still closed (strike 1). I came across this office Due to our previous doctors office was involved in a fire. So we were referred to Dr. Patel. This Office is filthy, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and the furniture is out dated however I was there for patient care and furniture was secondary to me at that point. This pediatrician is rude, hostile to both patients and parents and has been super condescending to us since our first appointment. I couldnt wait until my little one turned 1 so I could switch physicians. She never greets us with a warm smile, her body language is always cold and offputting when entering patients rooms and doesn’t want car seats nor baby bags in the room. It maybe OCD ?! This my not be the profession for her!!!!!

We have visited Sunrise pediatrics for my two of the children & we came to know that Dr Patel is very friendly & knowledgeable person who know what is she doing.makes kids very comfortable in that place.i highly recommend her.

Took my son for a physical exam and she didn't even touch him once. Also I needed a referral to his neurologist for a virtual appointment and she wouldn't even fax it over for me. She just handed me the script which was useless for a virtual app. Said it wasn't office policy to fax. Had a bad experience with something every time I went.

Facility seems to be in very confused state, Please stay away. You will be given appointment and then you will get a call on cancellation or suggest you to visit some other day after getting detailed information about the patient. Wont recommend as they cant keep up their words. Please stay away.
