I came back only to find Dr Carson gone after a horrible experience at a clinic. While the Doctor is competent the staff is horrible. They are nasty, call in the wrong prescriptions after multiple phone calls to change it, I’m waiting almost a month on tests results and every time I call they say “tomorrow” This place has gone down hill. I miss Dr Carson’s efficiency and brilliant mind and efforts. End of the say doctors aren’t the problem it’s the staff. Dr. Carson completely abandoned her practice. I have been trying to obtain my records for months with no avail. There is now a new practitioner in the office who will release records if found with what was left behind in the office. After years of loyalty with Dr. Carson, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication to her patients, lack of due diligence and the unprofessional manner in which she left the practice. WOW I just called the office to make an appt. I had no idea Dr. Carson was retiring and to make matters worse Debbie and the team are gone as well. Finding a trust worthy, patient and most importantly female gyn isnt easy.

SHE IS NOT WORKING ANYMORE. i just called the office and the receptionist told me that the doctor is not working anymore.

Just a heads up if anyone is looking to schedule an appt, I called the number shown in google to see if I can schedule an appt with her and one of the staff stated she is no longer working for them.

I give up. I’m never coming back to this office. They send in the wrong medication EVERY time and fight with me about it. I called when it says open and they say ehhh call 10.. no I’m working your hours state you open 9/930... This office is dysfunctional and at this point to me dangerous. I have been Dr. Carsons patient for over 15 years. I rate her a 5,however at my last appointment, my experience is rated 1 star. When I got there, the office said Dr.Carson was in Boston now,, rarely coming to NJ and the NP was not here, she had an emergency at 11 am. My appointment was at 2pm! Completly understandable they had an emergency,, but I was never called and needed to come back. Then I ...

She retired without saying anything to her patients! Leaving so many people in limbo! To make matters worst she left all her patients records in the office! And the new doctor that has taken over is making it a complete issue to obtain our records! She is a complete a**. She has a disgusting attitude! Very unprofessional! And her staff are the same! She made it very easy for us to chose a different doctor!!! Dr Carson completely did her long time patients wrong by not having a responsible party handle her leaving correctly! Unbelievable!

The doctor is great but the staff is very unprofessional. I switched doctors because of it. The doctor should hire professionals who can at least act like they enjoy their jobs.

They should clarify the office hours since I have been trying to get in touch, for 2 days, with the staff to set up an appointment.
