They need to bring the old staff in the old doctor back to this office because the new people just not cutting it. I don't feel safe coming to this office anymore.

Worst doctors office ever, very bad attitude

If I could reach a star from the heavens and give it to Dr. Abutabikh I would ..🙏 first I thank my lord my God my savior for my DR. AbutabikhI went to see him for just a check up .. and immediately he rushed me to the hospital with my blood pressure over 203 😱 ..while my God gives me breath Doctor Abutabikh will always be my Doctor with all my love and gratitude..Miss Ivette Sumter ❤️

Dr. Abutabeikh is Disrespectful with a Lousy attitude, and he's a money-hungry.He keeps hiring new staff because they keep resigning from the way he treats them wrong, especially in front Of the patients.

I have never been to the Clifton location where he ACTUALLY WORKS, however I am a patient in the Passaic Office, let me just tell you , that is the WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE, i have ever been to in my life. They do not have an actual doctor that works in the office (I was told Eva was like a doctor, even though she is a nurse practitioner, THEY ARE NOT THE SAME, as a matter of fact Ive been a patient here probably at least 3 years and HAS NEVER seen a DOCTOR. What prompted me to write this review is the location in Passaic is going to be the reason that I drop dead (GOD FORBID) but that is how slack, that office is..For instance, I had blood work drawn at the request of my Neurologist in March, specifically told them to send my neurologist my blood work because I was having an MRI done, MRI came and went, still no blood work to my neurologist. Neurologist appointment comes, still no results to him, his nurse had to call this office FOUR TIMES before someone actually sent the results. Speaking of blood work, after i had this blood work done at the request of my Neurologist, it took this office an additional 2 1/2 weeks to call me to go in an get results, which said results showed my hemoglobin was so low that I had to go directly to the ER, which is now why I have to see a hematologist every 2 weeks for transfusions. Fast forward, i called this office exactly 10 days ago for my prescriptions, still no prescription. I call today because I have been with out my HB Pressure meds for 10 days now, and Eva is on vacation, without calling in my meds before she leaves. That is very irresponsible and non caring. And its not just this time, its every DAMN MONTH that there is an issue getting my medication, im tired of getting texts or calls from CVS indicating that "Your doctors office has not responded to your prescription request, like why?? And whoever is supposed to be in charge there obviously is not doing their job..At least I can say when Jackie and Ashley were working there, they were on Point..Never had these issues..I just hope myself or someone else never dies or ends up in the hospital because of how slack they are

Receptionist suck, they put you on hold and they won’t get back to you. although dr abutabikh is an excellent dr.

Had to wait 30 minutes when there was only 1 patient in the waiting room along w me & only 1 patient inside the room . When I went in the room it was not clean, especially now with COVID they need to have better precautions. The paper that’s rolled out onto the bed was wrinkled & used I had to sit on a chair instead and they still didn’t notice or care to change it. The second time I came in they literally changed the paper right in front of me which the room should be already prepped before a patient comes in. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to tell me results & it came out positive with h.pylori which if those who don’t know if left untreated can cause cancer. I told the receptionist/ma that I was there for results & because I was sick I waiting so long that I forgot to remind them to check me out that I was sick but that should’ve been documented for the doctor to see. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
