I came to get my eyes checked. The sitting and waiting was not acceptable. The rudeness of the staff is disturbing.

No appts on weekends. Hrs of operations are advertised for late opennings on Mondays and Wednesday but I was told that no late appointments available. They don't take u in at the time of your appt. The lady who checks eyes for glass prescriptipn she doesn't know what she is doing. She gave me wrong prescription. I get such headaches & so dizzy when I try to use glasses. It took me forever to get a hold on the Optician. He only goes to the location in Passaic on Wednesday 2 pm to evening. It is very hard to get a hold on him and he is on vacation all the time. I finally got a hold on him and I was told that I had to go back for recheck. They did recheck and never got a call after that. Now that its getting sunny I used progressive glasses & realized that there are more problems with glasses I ordered. Only the right side of glasses are phorochromic. Meaning that only right lense on my glasses go dark w sun exposure. I complained & I was told after 6 months they can't help me.

Everyone in the office is amazing also keep up the good work everyone.

I have been coming here since a child. I only stayed so long here because they have all my medical records and I have been seeing the same doctor ever since but the wait is FOREVER!!!! I’ve gotten so use to it I have in an hour before my appointment and usually leave 2 hours after. Takes a quarter of my day away. If you don’t mind waiting, this is the place for you if not then look elsewhere.

The staff are very polite and helpful. The Dr. makes you feel comfortable and answered any concerns you may have.

Dr Winfield is very concerned and knowledgeable Eye specialist.Staff is very friendly and helpful to the patients.

Very poor customer service. It take 2-3 hours in the office. Instead of prescribing prescription medicine for eye problem just tell you to buy otc eye drops.they try to get authorization for non covered procedure for eye before trying any medications. Uses old and broken tools taped with adhesive tape to block the eye during eye exam. I call 3 times and left message with receptionist for Doctor after visit and no reply at all.

Over an hour wait with 2 loud receptionists that weren't very pleasant and obviously thought nothing of making personal telephone calls. However, once called inside, things went pretty smoothly and doctor seemed very knowledgeable. I'm still deciding if I will keep the yearly review as recommended as the wait was just too long.

Do not get me wrong the visit was wonderful the office is clean the 2 receptionist are very kind and respectful .....it's just the wait for the doctor that had me going bonkers I highly recommend people to go there

The staff and Dr is nice, but the waiting time here is outrageous. I always have to waiting 2-3 hours.
