I had a single visit with the doctor, and she was very kind and attentive during our appointment. However, the focus of my review is on the overall management and communication within the office. Throughout my experience, there were several instances of miscommunication between the doctor, medical staff, and front desk. For example, I received different instructions about my next appointment depending on whether I spoke with the doctor or the receptionist. Additionally, after undergoing an ultrasound at the office, I was contacted by another facility to schedule a second ultrasound—something I was never informed about by my doctor’s office. There were also appointments scheduled that appeared to be solely for routine urine and blood pressure checks, without any additional consultation or context provided. This raised concerns for me about whether these visits were medically necessary or simply for insurance billing purposes. As a first-time expectant mother, I found the lack of clear communication and consistency to be particularly frustrating. Coordinating multiple appointments is already challenging, and I expected a higher level of clarity and support. Furthermore, I encountered difficulties when requesting my medical records be transferred to a new provider, which only added to my concerns. While I understand that others have had positive experiences here—and I believe this office has the potential to offer quality care—unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. Improved communication and administrative coordination would make a significant difference for future patients.

Worst gyno i have been to, and thats saying a lot. Definitely not holistic. I came in with a host of issues and she did not seem to care. She ordered me bloodwork, and when i came back for my second visit she briefly reviewed my results. She said i was low in vitamin E, and i asked what that could affect. She said whole body health. Uh, what specifically? She would not go into detail. Seemed like she did not know what she was talking about out nor did she help at all. A waste of a visit. Could have been conducted over the phone. Only went in because i was of the impression that i would receive an ultrasound, but apparently i had to get that elsewhere. Would have been nice to have had that explained to me

I am pregnant. I just had an appointment this past Monday and had lots of blood drawn. I have had 2 miscarriages in the past. I have been waiting all week long for my blood work results. No one told me I wouldn't be getting these results until my next appointment on May 5th. I had blood work done on Friday. I just want to make sure my Hcg is rising since then. I have anxiety and ptsd, this isn't helping. The wait and the way the staff spoke to me on the phone when I called asking about this is affecting my mental health. All I wanted to know was if the numbers were doubling. I will not be going back on may 5th. I will never recommend this place to anyone either. Poor quality of care for patients well being.

ASÍ QUE LEGÓ UNA CUENTA GRANDE $$$$$$ QUÉ PAGA... SI NO SE VAN A ASEGURAR QUE EL SEGURO LAS CUBRA POR QUÉ ACEPTAN EL SEGURO LUEGO ENVÍAN LOS ANÁLISIS A UN LABORATORIO QUE NO LOS CUBRE????????

One of the best OBGYNs I’ve been to. The staff were so nice and patient. Dr. Paola is compassionate and kind. I had a great experience.
