Women's Care Gynecologist's Online Review Report Card

Genuinely the worst OBGYN ever like I’m telling you DO NOT come here. I was explaining my concerns to the PA and she rudely interrupted me and didn’t even hear me out just saying everything was normal. As a patient who comes to you concerned about their health, how could you be so unkind and rude to someone who just wants to make sure they’re okay?? It’s educating your patients supposed to be a duty of the provider? But no, she was so rude and I regret going there. On top of it, they’ve been sending me bills for the past five months which is just destroying my credit score. I call them constantly and they never figure it out. I genuinely think coming here was one of my biggest mistakes ever which is still effecting me even as months past due to the bills, which has never happened to me before with any other doctor.

If You CARE about YOUR HEALTH DO NOT GO TO ANEEKA ! If I can give Negative Stars , I would’ve. I’ve been going here for years and i was so excited to have an African American doctor but she gives them a BAD rep ! She is very dismissive. Her favorite words are “so what u want me to do about that” instead of looking into the underlying issue. Just because lab results come back good does not mean there is no issue. She pressed on my lower abdomen and i jumped and said that hurts. She said she’ll send in the urine and swab but everything looks good. The results are good but I’m still having symptoms. Few days later i call back and she just dismissed me and my concerns. AS A WOMAN YOU SHOULD NOT CONDUCT YOURSELF IN THAT MANNER BECAUSE YOU KNOW YOUR BODY AND LAST THING YOU WANT IS NOT TO BE HEARD

I have been coming to women’s care for a few years. I have had decent doctors. A few have been great and a few have been impersonal. I tried to call them to schedule a consultation for my birth control, but they haven’t answered the phone. I’ve been calling for two weeks throughout the day on various days and I still didn’t get an answer. I’m very disappointed and I will now have to find a new doctor. The facility in Totowa is closed for me and has a parking lot unlike the Paterson site. However there hours are early and due to work, I won’t be able to make any appointments.

I should have not had to constantly go back and fourth with speaking to the office and the pharmacy just to get my prescriptions. When clearly the doctor just forgot or didnt send my scripts the day when she called me. "Call the pharmacy" the receptionist said. I appreciate their time but the thing that got me was how they didnt apologize or acknowledged their mistake. Will not come back here this was ridiculous!

Don’t waste your time going to this place I came here on time for my appointment. I was supposed to be the next person to be seen. I walked to the store to get a beverage because it was boiling hot temperatures and I had been waiting for upwards to an hour After my appointment time when I returned they told me that I could no longer be seen and that they took the person that was waiting after me completely unprofessionalism because the store I went to was right next-door

I’ve been going to this place for years but after today I will not be returning. I was excited at first to have a black doctor but this lady gives black doctors a bad name. She was rough with me this time & blamed me being uncomfortable on me say why are you not breathing ?? Ummaybs because you never told me to focus on my breathing. They offered me a routine check up even tho I came for something else & refused to do what I came for because I got a check up. I needed antibiotics!! I left with nothing but being told to wait 10 days for my lab results. I’ve been diagnosed with MS which she knows. You would think she would be more understanding. Instead she was extremely condescending & blamed me for things I wouldn’t even know as a patient. She told me so what when I explained my concerns & what did I want her to do about it. Seemed like she doesn’t even want to be there. Smh getting gyno care should NOT be this hard!!

BEST OBGYN AROUND!!! WALK IN, LITTLE TO NO WAIT TIMES. LOVELY STAFF, GREAT MUSIC WHILE WAITING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Do yourself a favorite and don't go waste your time with rude and unprofessional people horrible experience and never going back !!!!

dont waste ya time !! very unprofessionals! the sonogram girl comes when she feels like comming and then they dont even call you to tell not to come !! so just makes you waste your and take days off work for no reason !! then the wait is like 5 hours no nothing !!
