Jill Giordano Farmer's Online Review Report Card

No compassion. Flat affect. Did not listen. Made me feel like I wasted her time.

I’ve been Dr. Farmer’s patient for many years. In the beginning, I had good contact with the employees in her office and with Dr. Farmer herself. As time has gone on, the quality of my experiences has greatly diminished—she seems significantly less interested in my needs as a patient, and her staff can’t be relied upon to do their jobs. A few years ago I would have given her a 4 star rating, but at this point, I don’t think she merits more than 1 star. Consider going elsewhere.

In the time that I was her patient, I was never able to see her face to face. I understand Covid protocol but even when I was having serious reactions to the prescribed medication, I was not able to get an in-office appointment. Some things just cannot be fully understood in a video call. When I began having reactions to the prescribed medication, her answer was to increase the dose, which caused increased side effects and reactions. I didn't feel like she was fully involved in my care. I will say that her staff was usually readily available by phone, and they tried their best to provide assistance. I have since moved on to another neurologist and I feel like I am getting better care now.

Dr. Farmer is a skilled and compassionate Neurologist who has provided us with extraordinary care for nearly six years. We cannot imagine entrusting my husband's healthcare needs with any other physician.

I didn't have a chance to see Dr Farmer, only because I called there 5x for the last 3 months and nobody call me back to schedule appt. Shame on office management. So disrespectful to pt. Finally they call me back schedule appt, ones it was closed to my MD visit they call me back to cancel appt. So disappointed.

I have been seeing Dr. Farmer for over five years never had a problem making an appointment she takes her time and listens to everything you have to say and I would highly recommend Dr. Farmer to any patient looking for a neurologist she really does know her stuff and if she doesn’t know it she will find out for you

Dr Jill Farmer is my favorite doctor she is a great listener she is thorough and patient she will sit and listen till you are done she answers my questions and not make me feel rushed and push you out the door and see next time As some other doctors do routinely I feel very comfortable with her treating me Good work Dr Jill thank you. Dr. Jill Farmer is one of the best neurologists that I have had in over the last 10 years working with me. She treats her patients like people and not like test subjects. I find her to be professional, knowledgeable, and a leading subject matter expect in her field of study. I highly recommend Dr. Jill Farmer for her field of movement disorder study.
