I wish I would have looked at the review, but then again it was my first time seeing an ENDOCRONOLOGIST.. I understand everything she said, but her tone of voice was very rude and condescending, as someone else mentioned. I am not sure how she specializes in Diabetes and Metabolism when she is THIS RUDE.. Did she go to medical school to do this? I understand if she had a difficult day at her job, SO DOES EVERYONE ELSE. but even the secretary at the office was nicer than her. It is a shame. I have called my insurance and called the office to ask for A NEW DOCTOR. I refuse to see her again. IF SHE IS THIS MISERABLE, SHE SHOULD NOT BE A DOCTOR AT ALL. PERIOD!

So Rude!!! I have been multiple times now as I am active duty and limited on options. She doesn’t listen and is going to be responsible for ending my career.

She doesn't listen or care about what you say.

Have not been feeling well for a very long time, my team of doctors needed input from endocrinologist testing. Every time she told me my tests were normal which that was not always the case and she never did more in depth testing. She did not listen to anything I had to say ever. Hoping my new endo is going to be a great doctor !

I saw Dr. Tolin today after my previous doctor, Dr. Thomas left the practice. She was about 20 minutes late which wasn’t a huge deal but when she came into the room she was wearing her work out clothes with a blazer on top. She advised me to stop medication because my lab work showed normal results. I don’t understand why she would advise that because the medication is what is making my labs come back in a normal range. My condition has been managed and monitored with this medication for years. She also wanted me to get an MRI which didn’t make sense to me. My levels were all in a normal range. I asked if she thought it was probable that she would find anything wrong and she said no. None of this makes sense to me and so far from the treatment I received with Dr. Thomas. Dr. Thomas was always dressed professionally and extremely thorough with me. Sad to be leaving the practice but this is not the care I deserve.

My appointment was on time, she was sweet, talked to me, I did not feel rushed. She was sympathetic and really listened to my concerns, she reassured me that we would get to the bottom of my problem, I felt confident in her ability to do just that

Excellent! She was caring, understanding and really listened to my issues. She spent a lot of time with me and I did not feel rushed, I felt like I was her only patient. She put a game plan in place and was confident and reassuring that we will get to the bottom of my medical prooblem

Dr Tolin has got to be one of the rudest doctors I have ever seen. She hurried through my appointment, took no time to listen to my concerns, and gave me an attitude when I mentioned I wanted to see a specialist for my thyroid condition instead of just my pcp because I am post op. I left feeling humiliated and embarrassed that I had even went to the doctor…she made me feel like I was wasting her time. Do NOT recommend, especially for thyroid disorders… she did not seem to know (or care) much about my condition. The staff, including the receptionist and nurse, were all sweet.
