List of Princeton Family Care's Reviews
Five stars are not enough to rate the medical, professional, and technology for Princeton Family Care. Through all of life's ups and downs my health is back on track since becoming a patient. All healthcare in one office. Dr. Shaikh, Dr. Narula, Dr. Mahalingram, Dr. Dunham, and Dr. Resnick are phenomenal.Numbers are lower and weight is down. Thank you Princeton Family Care.
The 5-star review pertains to Dr. Priti Narula, one of the doctors at Princeton Family Care. I have been living with high blood pressure for nearly 20 years and worried that this issue would eventually lead to a stroke, heart attack, or even death. Dr. Narula analyzed my current medications and prescribed a new mix and dosage that has miraculously reduced my blood pressure to normal for the first time in two decades. Based on the above success, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Priti Narula for successfully treating a life-threatening condition that has confounded multiple doctors in three cities for 20 years. I am sure she would have similar success with other medical issues and will rely on her whenever necessary.
Dr. Shaik saved my life. I was reluctant to take statins, but he was concerned for my heart health. Finally, I got a calcium score test that showed that I needed to investigate further. Under the care of a cardiologist, I took further tests and a statin. Now my bloodwork is perfect. Dr. Shaik has also been helpful to my children and wife. I learned recently that, if you cannot get through their phone system, ask to speak with a nurse. Whenever we've had any major health issues, Dr. Shaik has made room in his schedule.
Went in for routine blood work, the nurse doing the blood work was amazing, friendly and great at her job.. Barely a pinch no pain and i was done in no time.. Every place should be this good
I posted a bad review in 2020 as I was turned away from getting an appointment. Even though I had been a patient for years I had not been to the office in 2 years. The nurse told me that I was not a patient any longer. Dr. Shaikh reached out to me even though I moved to Hawaii and he explained to me that it was a student nurse that should not have said what she said to me. He told me that I am his patient no matter where I move and I can call on him anytime.
I have been visiting PrincetonFamilyCare since last 6 years and have been having really great service. Dr Shaikh and Dr Narula are the best doctors here and the staff is so kind. Dr Shaikh gave enough time understanding the issue and gave his best suggestion. It worked like a charm. Thanks you Princeton Family Care
This is my favorite dr office and it always will be. The physicians are knowledgeable and kind. They always make sure they explain things and that all my questions are answered before I leave. They have supported me through my health journey thus far and are continuing to do so. The front desk staff is also incredible and kind.
Back in 2010, Dr. Shaikh was my dad's physician. I was impressed with the manner and thoroughness of how he treated my dad. 5 years later, I transitioned to Princeton Family Care, and I'm getting the same excellent service. I shared with my wife the great care I was getting, and she and I are very happy with the doctors and staff.
All the staff at PFC are very professional and work hard to help all patients in a timely manner. Recently they have decided to go to a more holistic approach and want to focus on the patient load they currently have during this challenging time. As a healthcare professional, I can validate that it is VERY challenging to provide the highest quality care for a large population, thus the reason why they are currently not accepting new patients. I confidently say that PFC is the best practice in the area.
I’ve been calling for the last six months to make an appointment and they keep telling me they’re NOT taking new patients, to call back in a few months, it’s ridiculous!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
