Dr. Dhillon is very thoughtful and thorough . I've had several issues with his office in that I have had to call and leave messages several times before I receive a response, they rarely answer the phone. I've also had issues with my primary getting information from them. On every visit I have asked that my primary doctor get results of my visit, that has yet to happen. When I am able to get staff on the phon they are very courteous and responsive.

Excellent physician! Dr. Dhillon is very clinically astute and he explains his plan of care very well. He answers all of my questions, asks for my input, and gives me his clinical assessment.

Very knowledgeable, thorough, treats you with respect and listens to your concerns with compassion just a nice man with a great bedside manner, highly recommended

I had a procedure done, ended up in ER, have yet to hear from the doctor. took me off all my medications and never called me. Left messages with no staff response. 3 weeks and no test results and Dr. never called to say how to continue. So sick had to make up my own tx with medication on before the procedure. Horrible. Last words before going under for procedure was My staff will be calling you for an appointment next week and we can go over your resutls that was 3 wks ago. Heard nothing!

Had procedure done. Dr. took off all meds. Has been 2 wks, heard nothing. did not call, was in ER, never called to advise on what meds to return to taking. left high and dry. No test results, left msgs for office, poor communication. 1 office visit, 1 procedure, done leaving as patient to find a real doctor who cares and doesn't leave their patients hanging high and dry and sick.

Dr. Dhillon spends the time to thoroughly explain procedures and why a particular course of treatment is advised. His responses to questions are professional and show that he is quite knowledgeable in his field. He is a terrific physician and as an added bonus, not only does he's have a great bedside manner he also has a nice tush. Hehehe...

My experience with Dr. Dhillon was great from the onset. I spent a few moments waiting in his office, we sat down and discussed what might be the root cause of my condition, and then an endoscopy was performed. He was with me the entire time, showed immense professionalism, and followed up with me immediately. You can't ask for more as a patient. I highly recommend his services if you need a GI doc.

There simply isn't a scale that rates high enough the level of the bedside manner of this physician. The entire group of doctors at this practice are so caring it gives new meaning to the word holistic medicine. They really believe you help the whole person. They take the time with you and you don't feel like a number that's for sure. I really love Dr. Dhillon, he is absolutely amazing.
