dr mahmood is very knowledgeable and shows empathy towards her patients. she does not rush the office visits and keeps her patients involved with medication dosage. she is a definite asset to capital health neuro.

Not only did she lie to my face, she hid from us at check out so we couldn't confront her about it. She lied in her paperwork saying she was with us for an hour first visit it was more like 15 minutes. Her office paperwork contains things she knows nothing about, stuff she got from old medical records that have no barring on what or why we were seeing her. I wouldn't trust a word she says.

Dr. Mahmud, it's inappropriate to use CPT code 99205 (60 to 74 minutes, Comprehensive history Comprehensive Examination High complexity medical decision making) when you only spent <=20 minutes with patient with no-conclusive recommendation? This overcharging is so wrong and unethical. Also never be able to get hold of the office (100% calls went to VM). This needs improvement.

Very bad service. They will lie and overcharge you. For example, although the doctor (Sidrah Mahmud) only spent <20minutes with the patient, they will put CPT code 99205 (60-74 minutes) when they bill you. That's wrong and shameful. Btw, it's impossible to get hold them via phone. 100% went to voice message.

Upon Dr. Kelly's retirement, I was switched to Dr. Mahmud as my PCP doctor. Dr. Mahmud is extremely intelligent, took his time to answer all of my questions, and has excellent bedside manner. He (and his colleague) both followed up with me in a timely fashion to discuss the results/ramifications of my annual bloods test. I highly recommend using Dr. Mahmud for your family medical needs.

My elderly dad is afflicted with Parkinson's disease. He has been suffering daily incidents of minor falls and tremors for years (including a few major debilitating falls). After visiting multiple doctors, we consulted Dr. Mahmud. Her examination was thorough and her bedside manner unparalleled. Prescribed seizure medication has eliminated the condition. My dad has been incident free for a month. Competence and compassion are worthy attributes. We enthusiastically recommend Dr. Mahmud without hesitation.
