I usually don't review my healthcare professionals but that 1 star review is killing me. Suzanne Holdcraft is wonderful and warm and caring. All of my family have gone to her and we all feel the same. Also, informed and attentive. I would give her 6 stars if that were an option.

Dr. Holdcraft needs to retire. Rude, sarcastic and outright nasty to patients. And dangerous! Be careful if she prescribes a medication. Beginning of Alzheimer’s or some kind of dementia? Should not be practicing medicine.

She doesn't seem to pay attention or LISTEN anymore. She simply dismisses you as the patient. Even if you have a life threatening condition, her approach is well you haven't had any flare ups so let's take this out of your file. Take it out, oh and 2 weeks later end up in the ER and admitted because of it. She doesn't listen to concerns, simply glazes over them. Suggests listening to podcasts for medical advice.....really a podcast of god knows who? Time for her to retire her ethics need alot ti be questioned. Dont use her

Wow, hard to believe that folks with so little knowledge of anything besides how to treat a sore throat can call themselves doctors. Suzanne spent the majority of our appointment making excuses about her broken computer. Every symptom I mentioned she said, well maybe that's just how your body is, with no possible medical/scientific explanation at all. I mean, come on... At least suggest another dr for me to see if you don't know without me having to ask for a recc! Pathetic. Go elsewhere.
