Susan Midili NP and Dr David Hassman are irresponsible, and dangerous. They ended my treatment without warning and without cause, knowing that I would suffer severe symptoms as my medications ran out one by one. I was unable to find a Doctor soon enough to prevent the dangerous w/d symptoms including the possibility of seizures. I finally got in touch with Dr Mike Hassman, who was my former Doctor. He was kind and compassionate, and helped me. Susan Midili NP should lose her license. And Dr David Hassman should not be treating patients.What thy did to me was malicious, cruel and inhumane, and in my opinion constitutes MALPRACTICE!
I have been seeing different recommendations about him everywhere and a lot of investor's keep saying ‘contact him'. I eventually I did and it turns out to be legit I invested $1000 and make a successful withdraw of $13500 within 6 days. I’m so grateful sharing this testimony. The doctors and staff are wonderful. Dr Kelly Costa and her staff Kim and Connie and everyone in the office are always there for you and provide excellent care. I would reccommend to all my friends and family. Thank you Brian Hastings
If it wasnt for Dr.Kelly i would never set foot in the place. Dr.Kelly is by far the most wonderful, patient, understanding, and helpful doctor ive ever had. She truly cares. If you can get past how rude, inconsistent, and unprofessional the girls in the office are who answer the phones, then go see Dr. Kelly because she is too wonderful for words. She genuinely cares about her patients. However, dont be surprised if you have to call multiple times to get through since their hours change constantly. Over all, Dr.kelly gets 5 stars and the girls in the office get....one star. If that.
Worst service in the town.
Outside of the doctors, the staff is HORRIBLE! They lack knowledge and are EXTREMELY rude and unwilling to help. The ONLY reason I gave two stars is because I LOVE my doctor. I saw doctor Kelly Costa and she is literally FANTASTIC. I’ve been seeing her for a few years and it hurts that I have to leave. My family used to go here (mother, father, aunt, uncle, grandmother and grandfather) in addition to some friends, I am the last one to leave due to the horrible customer service we receive regularly. Some examples of this horrible customer service includes::I had to wait for some at the front desk to take me because they were to busy watching the Aretha Franklin funeral. I literally waited like 10 minutes after they acknowledged me.:I called to get an appointment and I was told no because they were all going to a company funeral. I asked if I could get a week an appointment because at that time on their voicemail it stated that they have appointments over the weekend. I was told no because They don’t Take Weekend and appointments. I asked when the next available appointment was she told me she didn’t know and wasn’t checking because she was on the way out the door but tell her what my symptoms were and she just write me a prescription. Again the woman who answered the phone was not my doctor and I didn’t feel comfortable getting a prescription written based off symptoms that I wasn’t formally evaluated for.:They NEVER fax over my lab results. I always have to call and remind. Then they required me to gather the information as to where to send EVEN-THOUGH it was Provided when I went to get my lab work done( directly by the office that was requiring it on official lab work paper work): I called to get and appointment and the woman Literally told me no( this was years before COVID btw) And then told me she’ll pass of the info to my doctor and she’ll call me back if needed. My mother had to call and complain to get an appointment for me.: After I got my blood work completed, someone called me and told me that I has a particular hormone that was Elevated and they wanted me to get an MRI- naturally I began to panic and asked what can cause this particular issue and I was LITERALLY told “I’m not sure but just get the MRI” attempting to avoid searching WebMD I wrote down my questions called back the next day and started asking my question. After seeming how little she knew and how upset she was getting. I asked to speak directly with my doctor. She immediately got offended and after continuously requesting to speak with my doctor she Abruptly put me on hold without notice and apparently gave the phone to my doctor.If good customer service doesn’t matter to you the go because the doctors are great. Just know your struggle with the office staff all the tome and you won’t get anything down unless you stay on top of them. For me it’s just not worth it.
I have never had a doctor who cared more about her patients. The doctor i see there has been the most understanding and empathetic primary care doctor I have ever had the privilege of going to. The front desk staff is very professional and efficient, No long waits, and the doctor actually spends time listening to and discussing with the patients.
Unprofessional customer service, rude do not greed patients. I called one time and I said something the wrong way and the woman repeated it out loud and I could hear her and the other employees laughing at me in the background. I felt so bad and embarrassed that I couldn’t stop thinking about and tears come out of my eyes. Susan is practitioner. She is professional and a so nice. I do not jot know how can she keep those types of employees. I keep going just for Susan.
Advocare Berlin Medical Associates has been overcharging me and my wife on routine visits by "balance billing" me for years. I called several times to attempt to rectify to no avail. I was forced to file a complaint to the NJ Dept of Banking and Insurance fraud dept today after speaking to my insurance company.
Dr Mauriello’s manner is friendly & polite. He spends the time needed to really get a handle on what problems you may be having. Then he goes to work offering possible solutions & treatments. He told me he thought he heard a murmur when listening to my heartbeat. He said to mention it to my cardiologist. As I went to the cardiologist, at the conclusion of the appointment, I mentioned what the family doctor had said. He sent me for an echocardiogram. Sure enough, there was a left ventricle infarction.
