Good people and quality care.

Place has gone to hell since my dr passed . They don’t care about people’s anxiety or depression . But they give pills to people who don’t have it then they sell them on the street ! Any recommendations on a new dr that accepts state insurance out there ? Who cares about people with mental health?

Excellent care from the moment you walk in, through your appointment with friendly, caring, and knowledgeable doctors, to your exit, and follow up care. A rarity today in the medical profession where most places treat you as a number or simply a revenue generator. I have brought my whole family under their care and auspices.

This place was amazing when Dr.Patel was working there, now i wouldnt send my dog there. The new doctor that took over for him has ignored all my diagnosis, judged me, took me off the medication that i need to function daily and made me lose my job. Very unprofessional and unethical. She had judged me because of my past, and the reason of my past was due to not being diagnosed with the conditions dr.patel helped me address, so i was self medicating. until dr. patel saved my life and put me on the right medications that work for me. It took trying out several different kinds but we finally got it, now this woman comes in and in one visit just takes me off my medicine, i lost my job as a paralegal bc i couldnt function without my medication. I am now in a deep depression and 10xs worse than i have ever been. She has made me regress and literally ruined my life. Like i said i wouldnt send my dog here. and Im not the only one she has done this too. I have several friends and family that seen dr.patel and when DR. CANVER took over it was the worst thing they could have ever done. so i wouldnt suggest going there unless you want to be judged, and have your life literally ruined, i cant even function becuase shes messed my medications up so bad. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE! Especially if you have her as your doctor!

Had my surgery canceled because my doctors office couldn't get Cooper office to send forms to them. They tried 4 times and I tried day before surgery. They said they would send and never did. Took vacation time to have surgery. Not a good way to keep me as a patient.

Buenas noches. Por los últimos 5 años estuve en tratamiento con ustedes, primero me atendía la Dra. Deng y cuando ella se fue, me impusieron al Dr. Lacay y cómo es casual que yo visite la oficina d Pennsville ya que tengo mis médicos especialistas. Pues por el medicare me exige que visite el médico anualmente por lo menos el médico de cabecera. Pero hasta hoy llegue. Tenía mi cita hoy a las 5:20 pm y cómo siempre llego temprano a mis citas para que no tengan excusas de que por llegar tarde, salga tarde. Una vez estaba esperando en el cuarto, el médico entró a atender otro paciente que llegó después que yo y una vez termino, se pasó para otro cuarto, a atender otro paciente, en fin me moleste tanto que me fui y no quiero tener ningún tipo de tratamiento por ese médico. Gracias por nada

Used to love the practice because i had a great doctor! Dr. Patel took amazing care of my 91 yo grandmom and the rest of my family! My job, we refer our people there upon discharge. Not anymore. Had the absolute worst experience tonight with the “doctor “ that im now made to see in replace of Patel. . Waited 2 hours, she treated me horrible and I won’t be back….my family won’t be back…and i will no longer be referring my people there. Such a shame. You should really treat people with respect because you never know who they might be or what your words can do to someone. And im being nice right now….

Great doctors office and staff everyone is very friendly and they help with everything that will make your health better. You get notes of your visit afterwards and they summarize everything in the best way possible.

Dr. Lacay wouldn’t prescribe Prep which prevents HIV because he didn’t know much about the medication? Really? I’ve been taking it for years...

Been going here for years and never had anything bad to say. I had Dr Ashley in the past currently Dr Patel and they have always been excellent. The only problem is my doctor has happened to be out this time of the month the last 3 months which has put the responsibility of my medications in the hands of dr holder who currently for the third month in a row is making this difficult. So third month in a row I sit here trying to take care of my newborn baby while I withdraw from my meds when I start school tonight and go back to work after maternity leave tomorrow. Because of this I’m looking into finding a new office which is a shame for my doctor and everyone else who has always been good to me, but I will not go through this another month. I called about this days ago and now im officially out of my meds I’ve made multiple calls and have been waiting all day.
