List of Elizabeth Arthur Thomas's Reviews
I have been a patient of Dr. Arthur's for at least 7 years, mainly for rosacea, but also for other dermatology issues. It took a little bit to find just the right combination of medicines/therapy to control the rosacea, but once she did, my skin and my self-esteem blossomed! I regularly get compliments on my skin and am asked what my secret is. No secret I say, rather a good dermatologist and thoughtfully recommended (and affordable) products! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Arthur and her team. They have always treated me well, and honestly, I wouldn't trust my aging skin (I'm 60) with anyone else. 10/10!
Follow up…
The visit with her felt like a waste of time. She did not pay any attention to the specific area of concern for which significant input had been provided to her in detail, and in advance, about a longstanding problem. She did not even bother to exam the area during the visit. While the staff was friendly, what I really wanted and desperately needed was a competent, caring and thorough doctor and she did not come close to being any of those things. The appointment felt more like a joke, to be honest. Don't waste your time and money. Best to find someone else who truly cares about their patients and will take the time to get to the source of the problem and find a way to provide some relief, in my humble opinion,
I have gone to Elizabeth Arthur's office for 19 years. I saw Dr. Arthur mainly for the first 15 years, and for the last 4 years, I was treated mostly by Ms. Parks. I have always suffered from persistent cystic acne. Dr. Arthur is the best! She surrounds herself with a great team, and she mentors often.
Dr Arthur was very unprofessional in her treatment of a patient recently. The patient had waited OVER an hour. When Dr Arthur entered the room with her PA and her surgical assistant. Dr said she was just one person doing everything. A simple apology would have sufficed. Also, if she were not over scheduled the delays would not be so severe. Dr Arthur then said she no longer wanted to treat this patient. She was demeaning, rude and her approach smacked of ageism. She mentioned that the procedure she had performed on this patient was not meant as a one-time occurrence. She did not mention this at the outset and did not manage expectations. She continued in a very condescending manner. Frankly, she was flexing her muscles in front of her staff. She should be treating her patients with consideration and respect. She does not realize that they too are professionals and accomplished. That is why they can afford her prices.
I also with all those who said dr Arthur was rude and ruined their skin! after so called treatments my skin is scarred and never healed
Just when to Helendale 3/20/19 for a full body skin exam they did a good job, underwear on with a gown on they did a quick peek around my briefs but not a true full body exam skin cancer can be found anywhere they should offer briefs on or off for the exam.did not want to sound like a perv asking to be nude for the exam.
My husband and I both go to Dr. Arthur and find her office staff very professional and helpful. They are always friendly with us and polite as well. Dr.Arthur is definitely busy, but we feel that she has always taken the time to explain what she was doing and answered any questions we may have had too. I am truly "nervous Nellie" going to doctors and she was very understanding and made me feel comfortable during my initial visit. We love her and would recommend her.
Very difficult to get thru on telephone and can't ever get an appointment when you need it.
Went in for simple mole removal. She couldn't even do that right.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
