Roberta was my first point of contact over the phone. Her warm voice and working with me with ease was helpful while enduring foot pain. I needed her strength and energy to get me through the visit. Once I went in to the office, Kerry & Maryanne greeted me with a smile, yes a welcome smile:) behind the mask! The entire team made it easy for me to relax and create a relationship. Chris my bubbly pal had my same energy level, minus my foot pain. Dr. Tar is AWESOME SAUCE!!! Even after my injection:). He is a knowledgeable, pleasant, professional Dr. that treats you from his heart. He was caring, gave specific instructions for care and or treatments needed. I wish I could bottle the entire team up and have them at all my Dr. offices! Well wishes to the trainee, she even had a smile. Stay connected as a team. A sweet team that is needed as a model for other places of business. I came in one way but left better in spirit due to you all:). I was double impressed with the cleanliness!

I loved my experience with Dr. Tar. He helped me fix my ankle pain with out surgery. I went to him for 3rd option since 2 Drs said I needed to fuse my ankle. I am so thankful I am pain free and was saved from a painful surgery. Plus he is not bad to look at.

I saw Dr. Tar for a second opinon for my foot pain. I had an injury that everyone said I needed surgery to fuse my ankle and I did not want that. After seeing Dr. Tar he gave me an entirely different diagnosis and was able to help my pain with out surgery. I had a brace for my ankle, a little physical therapy, and 2 injections and I am back to myself again. He saved me from a painful unnecessary surgery. He is also very handsome to watch so that helps the unpleasant shots.

Dr. Tar was very helpful. He explained everything very well and answered my questions. Staff was friendly and helpful. I have been to both the Raritan & Summit locations and recommend both. Some initial billing confusion but that was quickly corrected with (only) one phone call. Surgery was a pleasant experience (considering) and a success. Surgery center staff was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Tar.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Tar and his staff!!! From the time I called to schedule my appointment to the time I left, I had nothing but an excellent experience. Dr. Tar takes his time and did not make me feel rushed. I would recommend Dr. Tar to everyone!

Dr Tar is good. Unfortunately, I cannot report the same for his office staff. Incompetent staff. I experienced a breakdown in their process and wasted allot of time with prescription for blood work-up at the Morristown office and another.

Dr. Tar is a great doctor. He is very patient, informational, helpful and it is obvious he cares about his patients.

Had a bunion removed, and the bone broken and reset to avoid future bunions. I had a bunion removed 20 years earlier by another surgeon, so I have comparative points of view. That said, the experience with Dr. Tar was far and away better than I expected. Certainly procedures have improved in 20 years, but this was unbelievably good. I walked in at 7am, and walked out post-op at 11:30. Almost no pain and in my boot. It's amazing how good I felt. My 'worst' day of pain occurred 2 days later, but I was walking nonetheless! Here I am, 2 months post-op and back in the gym, pain-free and with a foot that feels amazing! Dr. Tar's office has been excellent at scheduling the procedure, the post-op check ups, and the cost was incredible. My surgery 20 years ago cost EXACTLY the same! Which is stunning, when you consider how much more work was done and how much better the process is. Summit Medical has been a pleasure to work with, too. I missed my final appointment last week by accident, and it was no trouble at all to reschedule. My singular complaint was punctuality. My procedure took place an hour later than expected because a prior surgery caused a delay. Then my post-op checkups were also delayed due to heavy traffic in the offices. If the traffic is the result of good work yielding a pleased and steady flow of patients such as me, I'm happy to wait 15/20 min extra. Kudos to Dr. Tar and the Summit team.

I don't know what these people are complaining about. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Tar as well as his staff. They have gone out of their way to help me every time I have called and/or gone to his office. In fact, I was so pleased with his services that I commute almost an HOUR to his office.
