Dr Ali El-Saheli is one of the best Doctors I have dealt with. He has an exhibits all the traits you want in a Dr. He has a great bedside manner and the knowledge to address your issue. I visited him in Nov for foot pain I been experiencing for years. He treated me and to this day a year after my visit I am pain free. I recently broke a toe and I went into the office without an appointment and he still saw me that day where other Dr's would have had you make an appointed. I am happy and would recommend him anytime without reservation.

Doctor El-Saheli is an amazing podiatrist. Two years ago I came to Dr. El-Saheli's office after I had a badly botched foot surgery by an acclaimed foot surgeon at a famous NY hospital. I was in constant pain. Through surgery Dr. El-Saheli successfully restored the function of my foot and addressed all of my foot pain issues. If you have any foot issues or a botched surgery from another doctor, I highly recommend Dr. El-Saheli who has the skills and knowledge to address any of your foot problems.

Excellent experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff made my visits pleasant. Doctor is very personable and clearly explained what we would accomplish with my needed surgery. I was very comfortable knowing this doctor would be with me in the surgical suite and now through my recovery process. Big thumbs up.

Beware!!! Similar experience to the person below. Was told they checked my insurance and my orthodontics were covered, only to receive $500 bill two months later. Save yourself the trouble and go to a running store and get molded inserts. You’ll save yourself wasted appointments and $500. Trust me I have nothing to gain or lose by this review. Just want to help the next person who may not have time or money to waste!!!!

Worst experience, 3 costly appointments just to be prescribed physical therapy. He up sold me a $400 boot that I had to wear for a month that did nothing, wasted a month of my life & in the end gave me physical therapy, which resolved my pain in one appointment. He was not a doctor, he is a business man, I was not his patient, I was a client. I understand he has to make money, but when profit is above care, then you should not be a doctor.

I have been going to Dr. El-Saheli for years now, he is an exceptional doctor! He listens and is incredibly professional. He has treated my plantar fasciitis, I had surgery for hammer toes as well as general foot care which is extremely important because I’m diabetic. Not only do I highly recommend him, but the staff at the Piscatsway location is top notch!

Dr. El-Saheli is terrific. Friendly, intelligent, thorough, great at taking time to explain diagnosis and treatment. His staff members are also a pleasure. The only downside is that you're meeting him because you hurt your foot!
