Did my wife’s major foot surgery was unbelievable great

I first saw Dr. Schaffer’s associate and was told I have a Plantar plate tear. The office scheduled my 4 week follow up appointment with Dr. Schaffer. When Dr. Schaffer walked in he immediately started talking about surgery. He did not give me any alternatives to surgery. I was told initially to tape my two toes together, which I had been doing for 4 weeks and now come to find out, through hours of research, the way the doctor taped and instructed me to tape them, was incorrect. The toe should be taped in a cross-cross pattern to ensure the tie joint does not move. Dr. Schaffer did not offer an orthotic, a boot, or even physical therapy. I was only offered surgery. Very disappointing!

Experience was Awesome! Office easy to get to. Convenient hours. Staff Receptionist Ashley and Medical assistant Michael Both helpful and compassionate. Dr. Schaffer was professional and personable to my Daughters problem. Spent time and Explained everything very clearly. This Mom was very happy ??

I went to see dr brad to day and he new what was wrong whit my ankle he gave me a shot and i am hopeing it works he is very nice and the staff was great thank u dr brad

The office has very friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff including Dr. Wishnee of course. I was very pleased to have found Dr. Whisnee as it is difficult to locate a physician trained and skilled in the practice of cryosurgery ; A less invasive procedure with a little downtime. Thus far, I could not be more pleased. Thank you!
