Doctor is wonderful but unfortunately the front ofc staff has gotten disappointing recently. Always always they put us on hold and sometimes takes couple of calls to get to them. Their responses are not friendly, quite blunt and rude at times. It’s really sad to see how the front ofc has deteriorated:(

During my daughter's 18 month visit, my wife asked a couple of questions about her weight gain and speech capabilities. THEY CHARGED US EXTRA for asking additional questions. They said you took more time to ask those questions, so now you've to pay extra.We thought the Dr's at this clinic were caregivers; I guess not, they are just running their business.

Wonderful personable doctor- would not change to any other. Have been coming here for years.

This doctor's practice is a joke. This doctor is not at all invested in the wellbeing of his patients. The time spent in the room is unacceptable, he's in a rush to rush out the door. The office staff is inexperienced, and rude, and have a hard time communicating in English. Getting an appointment is very hard, (even for sick visit) my son was complaining for severe pain in the back of his head, and I was told that "this is not an emergency"!!! I was given a hell of a hard time when I wanted to moved my kids records to the new doctor.

Mismanaged office, no respect for patients time. they called 5 min before the scheduled appointment to reach in other office(which is 15 min far) for a vaccination. Changing my pediatrician.

I took my 3 kids here for their whole lives. As a matter of fact I myself was a patient here when I was a kid. Long story short... the past two years have been horrific. I literally wait in the waiting room for an hour+ than in the room which doesn't even seem clean anymore. Always has new staff and the majority of them are rude and seem like they want to do the bare minimum. The past few visits I've waited for 1.5+ to be seen by the dr for under 5 minutes. My youngest is 15 months old and has been sick for going on a month so I've been following up frequently and every time it's the same story ... so sorry you have to wait mom by the nurse and dr never seems to care or apologizes or makes the next visit feel any different. Being I've been a patient here for many many years it's disheartening to watch the office crumble. So last time I was there I asked for all 3 of my kids charts & I was told they needed a week to prepare & also wanted to charge me $60. So needless to say, I found another pediatrician & I'm signing a release of records form so the dr can request my children's charts & I won't be paying the $60 for their mistakes. Only reason I left that office to begin with was because of their poor time management, rude staff, unsanitary office and insensitive and unconcerned drs.

This place is horrible! My daughter had a medical situation and needed to see a pediatrician right away so we booked an appointment with My Whole Child in Piscataway and was given a appointment for 9:45am- received the email confirmation as well!!!! Get to the appointment and it doesnt open until 11:00am!!!!!!!!!! And when I called even there answering service said 11! This was the first time my child was seeing this pediatrician as a new patient but after this she will NEVER go there its already shown miscommunication and I called the next day and the receptionist says oh well she missed her appointment so its nothing we can do! She missed her appointment because they gave me an appointment when the office wasn't even open!!!!! Ridiculous and a very bad look for this office!!!!!!!!!! Unreliable

Dr. Naveen Mehrotra is my 3 boys doctors since my first born was 6 months old, now my boys are 17th, 15th and 8. Dr. Mehrotra is the best doctor always professional and take his time with patients to listen and understanding the medical issue/problem, his experiences and knowledge makes a huge differences he always on point with prescription and treatment to make my kids get better since 2002. He was outstanding helping us with my oldest son treading his asthma as a baby until he grow out of this condition. The ladies at the office and the other doctors that work with him are also outstanding on accommodation appointments and providing information to the patients and parents. We a truly thankful for all the professionals that makes the differences when you visit his office with a sick child. King Regards, The Atehortua Family.
