Dr. Francesco at Summit Medical Group in New Providence has performed two procedures for my ingrown toe nails. It’s quick and painless and he’s very friendly and doesn’t rush you out of his office.

I’ve had multiple visits with Dr. Francesco and really appreciate his willingness to explain in detail what’s going on and really help me understand my options. I’m an athlete so he knows it’s a priority to be active. He works with me to find solutions that support those goals. I also really like his staff. Nothing but positive things to say.

I had totally torn my peroneal tendon (on the outside of my ankle). I was told I would need surgery. At the time, Dr. Francesco seemed like he knew his stuff however, my case was a bit more complex. Instead of declining my surgery due to his limited knowledge and experience he performed my surgery. He told me within 6 months it was perfectly fine to resume normal activity. Only 8 months after surgery my tendon re-tore. Another doctor in his practice disagreed with his level of care saying he would have told me to wait ONE FULL YEAR before I returned to the gym. I have now spent $15k in the past year and have been to HSS in the city to help stay out of pain. HSS told me they feel he botched the operation as it should not have re-torn. I can no longer do half the things I used to at the gym and can't go the beach as the uneven terrain of the sand will cause more damage. He has completely altered my quality of life therefore I would completely steer clear of this doctor!

yes!! I saw Dr. Francesco. He was amazing. Professional, extremely knowledgeable and wonderful bedside manners. I had a procedure done on my foot six years ago that went bad, really bad. For a long time I suffered intensely. You know if your piggy toes aren't happy nothing is happy. I saw Dr. Francesco and just like that he fixed it. I feel great. My healing is well on it's way and very soon I will have perfect feet. I highly recommend Dr. Francesco.

Giving this doctor a score of 1 is way too good of a compliment. Rude, unfriendly and extremely unhelpful staff. Doctor also cocky. Doesnt like to be asked questions. Just dont go
