I went to Dr. Smith because I had a broken wrist he suggested I have surgery it would be the best course Hedid the surgery it was very successful He was very professional but very very kind He explained everything to me and I felt as if I were in good hands Wehad perfect results from the surgery and I am now doing therapy and hope to be back to new real soon

Very easy to get an appointment very quickly… And, they were already familiar with the details of my situation on my first visit. Very professional… (And they are all Phillies fans… Which made it even better!) Almost can’t see the scar… Did a great job

Got wrist surgery done here, they were excellent! The front desk, the surgery coordinators, the surgeon, nurses, literally every single person that forms part of the staff was phenomenal and my surgery also went well, they explained everything before and after the surgery, made sure my family knew how to help me at home. I wish every medical practice was this good, my own PCP doesn't compare to the level of excellence at this location. That's saying something.

Dr. Smith explains everything especially with an X-ray & what treatment will be. I had to get a cortisone shot in my ring finger knuckle due to arthritis. He said it would hurt, it’s the most painful BUT he was gentle & did a count down & kept telling me how much longer. It hurt most just as he finished. He was great.

Dr. William Smith is awesome! Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Totally understood my needs with trigger finger. Highly recommend. Staff is awesome too. Everyone is very nice, courteous and knowledgeable as well.

Both the nurse in the examining room and Doctor Smith treated me with respect. I go to so many doctor's offices where I am addressed as "hon". That is offensive and I complain about it.
