Absolutely terrible! Got billed for "counseling" when I never asked to be told "things get better" In person wait time often averages an hour over but has in fact gone to 2.5-3 hours past scheduled time. Receptionists are kind though Dr said: if finances are stressing you, find a better job. I have been getting interviews for new jobs and cannot schedule a physical+blood work right now. So they are holding my Rx (and therefor my mental/physical health) hostage. 0/1000, one star is too much. Bother Dr Baum and the other lady suck but in different and uncomplimentary ways. She's too busy to care. He ... awful. I should have left sooner but not allowing me to get my medical (unless I pay out of pocket) broke the last patience I had. Get my transfer papers ready. I am OUT

If I could leave no stars or take some away from other reviews, I would. I went to this doctor for heart related concerns and the doctor, while glaring at my arms, asked when I was last tested for STDs, then proceeded to tell me that I probably had hepatitis from all my tattoos. I sought help but received judgment, instead. -1,000/10 wouldn’t recommend.

If i could give less then one star i would. I urgently needed my records sent to my new doctor as well as my vaccination records so that i could send them to school. When i called they said they got the request but it was going to take 45 days for them to send them out and if i wanted to come in myself and pick them up i had to pay out of pocket for my own records. I work in a doctors office myself and we would never make patients pay for their own records. I highly recommend not going to this doctor. Very unprofessional staff as well. I got an EKG done and the medical assistant kept making comments about my chest. I spoke to the doctor about this and all she did was laugh and did nothing else. My whole family went this this office, now we all found new better doctors.

Staff is nonresponsive. Sent request for records and after three days no response. Asked for insurance billing details. Never received. Good Dr. but staff not so much.
