List of Chop Specialty Care Center Princeton At Plainsboro's Reviews
I highly recommend not to visit this center. I visited for well checkup for my daughter and was there just 2 hours and they sent me 4K bills. Every one month they are keep sending bills and I have no idea. In past 20 years I never paid that much huge bill. Never Never visit this place. They are money minded and business oriented. They didn't even told that I am going to get that much huge bill
A standard pediatric primary office in 2023. Only thing keeping us here is the access to all of chop in a speedy manner if needed. (Some of the best specialists on the planet). However I would be lying by ommision if I didn't write that as a first time parent of a boy who is close to turning two, I feel strongly there is a lot to be desired. I assume just about every pediatric office is this way now, but it feels like it's a corporate setting and not the doctor that is taking care of, and cares about my son. We have already cycled through the better part of 6-8 doctors, if I literally bumped into any of them while holding my son (their patient) in the grocery store, they wouldn't recognize us nor us Him/Her. Also the diagnosing/treating of any illness or symptoms is only handled in a textbook fashion, regardless if you happen to be in the gray area. They process of elimination medicines and on to the next child. We (Wife&I) have had to ask on out own questions about things that I would have assumed was their job to discuss. I do not want to attribute a lack of caring, because it's the set up of the process that creates the surprisingly impersonal nature of the relationship between whichever doctor present the day of my sons appt, and my son as well as with us(Wife&I). I'd be remissfull in my own right if I didn't say that it in my lifetime my own primary doctor owned his own business, and was amazing because he truly wanted to make sure we were healthy, and oh I don't know, was allowed to practice medicine and truly be a doctor from diagnosing things, to ordering extra tests when an illness is not just black and white and exists in the gray ---> whereas in 2023, these doctors have bosses that question anytime they go against the grain in the smallest way, and ya know --> actually be a doctor because the higher ups are worried about insurance and their board. My son had a Febrile Seizure and when we called to schedule a visit, they literally said there is no need on the phone--> so we directly called the CHOP specialist Neurologist office to have him looked at and for peace of mind. Thankfully we did as the specialist gave us the positive news nothing was damaged, however in case of any future seizure she (the Dr.) Prescribed a medicine to administer in case the seizure lasts too long. (As the first over 3&1/2 minutes.) If you're still reading I want you to know I have actually had a positive response to most of my visits here, I just want to be clear on what is lacking, and I assume it's lacking at any practice that isn't a single private pediatrician, which if there is one within 30 miles, I can't find them--> so please message me the info.
Update: the office contacted me a day later to schedule the appointment for me. I updated my rating to 4 stars. I have been trying to call to schedule an ENT appointment for the last few days but each time I called I hit the same wall. 10-minute hold music, 1-minute ringtone, and then the call ended in busy tone. That happened each and every time of my last 15 calls. Not even a chance to leave a message. Are all the scheduling coordinators on vacation now?
Love the atmosphere of this location. Definitely a great place for pediatric ophthalmology. The staff members are very professional and supportive. Walk us through the entire process. My child was happy with the check up.
Cheaters. Worst experience. We scheduled an appointment with specific ENT doctor but without informing us they changed the appointment with another ENT specialist. Also we did an audiology outside of CHOPs just 2months ago before visiting CHOP but we were forced to do one more audiology test before meeting ENT. Unnecessary expense. I don’t recommend this facility at all
Professional and welcoming Center!
Clean facility, excellent/knowledge staff, very attentive.
So sad the wait time for an appointment, kids get debilitated and there aren’t too many specialty doctors around the area to chose from
This place is horrible!! Called to make an appointment and was told nurse will call by 5pm to make an appointment. It has been 3 days and NO Call! Unbelievable!
Dr. Ziplow was wonderful. Prompt and precise with his findings put our minds to rest instantly. Front desk is efficient. No wait time at this facility. Highly recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
