Elena Mihaela Lumezanu's Online Review Report Card

Dr lumenzanu is very caring. She asks questions about you health, but is always open to listening to her patients and addressing their questions and concerns. I have never felt rushed during a visit with her. Her staff is equally caring and pleasant. A wonderful Rheumatology practice!

Dr. Lumezanu refused to see me after I waited a month and a half for my appointment, drove there 45 minutes, had to find childcare for 2 kids under 3 during Covid. When I tried explaining all this to them and that I was in a lot of pain on the spot they did not care. I ended up in tears in their waiting room. All this after they made me fill out and sign all the paperwork in their reception area. This was completely terrible and inhumane.

After setting up an appointment a month and a half an advance Dr. Lumezanu refused to see me. I walked in FOUR (literally) minutes late. Her office made me fill out and sign all the paperwork in the waiting room after which they told me my appointment is cancelled and I have to reschedule. I tried explaining (while in tears) that I waiting over month for this appointment, was in a lot of pain, drove 45 minutes and had to set up childcare for 2 kids under 3yr and this was my first time coming there but they did not care. It is not okay to treat people this way. It is very obvious this doctor just doesn't care and simply did not want any new patients that day. Mt walking in FOUR minutes past my time was just an excuse.

I had my first visit the office staff was amazing helpful friendly my appointment was not too late I would rather the dr take time with a patient.the dr asked all the right questions seemed genuinely concerned with how I felt and my worry. I’ll update when I go back for second visit.

Don't visit her! Charged crazily high bills and very unprofessional. The worst rheumatologist ever!!!

Great Dr, highly recommended. I am sorry she moved to a different office, however I am very happy with my new Rheumatologist .

Dr. Lumezanu is an excellent doctor that truly cares about her patients. After seeing several other rheumatologists, I had given up hope of getting better. Dr. Lumezanu was amazing and after two visits, my pain subsides. I am really glad I found her.

Dr. Lumezanu was very thorough, very efficient and most accommodating. She listens and explains everything very well.

I was so surprised to read these other reviews. Dr. Lumezanu is one of the absolute worst doctors I’ve ever encountered. She had no professional kindness or a remote sense of appropriate behavior.. She made vicious and highly personal comments that we’re not relevant to situation. From talking to other doctors since they were also medically unsound. I would avoid this doctor.

She really listened to me, explained everything in detail and was very kind and understanding. I completely trust her with my health and well-being. So happy to have found her!
