This location should shut down! Rude staff! UNPROFESSIONAL.All the 5 star reviews are probably from doctor's family.

One of the worst customer service staff at plainsboro office. Un professional, attitude & useless staff. Please avoid this location.

I last visited Dr. Acharya in July 2020 for my annual checkup and after coming home i had a question to ask Dr. Acharya. I contacted the front desk and requested them to convey my message to Dr. Acharya. For 4 months no reply came. After that i called 2 times more and requested for a call back. Every time they said that she is too busy to call but will call within a week. Every time it is the same answer and i am still waiting for her call. I feel frustrated and sad that after being her patient for last 10 years i did not expect this. Front desk does not care to call Insurance to find out what is covered and what is not. No personal care at all.

Getting a appointment when needed is not possible at this place. I mean to say they accept new patients for any day but existing patients they treat like outsiders and may be they don't make money on existing patients..My wife was trying for many days and the front desk people say they don't have any appointment ..when said its urgent and need to meet doctor , they say it will be after a month ..such a pathetic service they have.if they can't handle some genuine cases what is the use of doctor here , everyone will attend emergency service..Very disappointed by the service and how they treat the patients when they are in need of help

I would highly recommend Dr Rashmi and Dr Nuttaki.best gynecologists in the town.

COMPLAIN TO THE NEW JERSEY STATE MEDIAL BOARD !!! The front desk staff did not release medical records of my wife who needed them for a MEDICAL EMERGENCY in over 48 hours despite 10+ phone calls. They insisted my wife physically come into the office to pick up the records so they could bill my wife for a visit when my wife was in EXTREME pain! Look at how many 1 star reviews this office has and BELIVE THEM! Absolutely TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF!!!!!!! You have been warned: STAY AWAY!

Both the doctors are very knowledgeable, polite and kind. They take their time to hear you out and answer all your concerns. Specially dr. Acharya very understanding and sweet. I went for dr. Acharya specifically on recommendation but ended up with dr. Nutaki, who was equally great.The staff however, at plainsboro, is the opposite of the doctors. Rude, unprofessional, impolite and in a rush to close their lil window. You will have to bear with that for sure.

The Dr. was rushing through my consult with her. I didn't get a chance to open up better. She now said she apologizes for the rush because of too many patients to be seen. You shouldn't have booked in so much than you can handle. Well, I will not be going back.

Both, Dr Acharya and Dr Nutakki, are super awesome. Highly Recommend both doctors.

I took care transfer late in my pregnancy to dr rashmi acharya.She is amazing.i did not have to worry about any test or treatment.She pays close attention on patient and does not miss anything.she takes time to answer all questions.I was assure that my baby is in safe hands.there was always on call dr. to help me after office hours.Dr acharya is one of the best ob/gyn in NJ in my opinion. I thank her to help me in my pregnancy.
