This place is a joke. Got an Appointment for my 4 months old baby at 11:30am today. Is about to be 1:00 pm and I still waiting with my baby. Last time was the same thing. One time I even had to wait for the nurse cuz she wasn't even there yet. Last time we go to this place.
This place is the worst!! I don't even know why they schedule appointments because you sit in the waiting area for hours before you even get called to the back. And when you get to the back you still are sitting there for atleast an hour before the doctor comes in to see you. It doesn't matter what time of day it is . I hate this place!!!!
Hispanic receptionist with black hair and glasses was the opposite of a delight. My mom and I talked to her kindly while she gave an attitude from the start. We had asked for an appointment atleast 2 weeks from now so my mom could ask off from work and she gave us one for a week from now. We obviously said something and she annoyed at how she had to change the appointment date. She then ripped the appointment card in half dramatically when she could’ve easily just thrown it away. This is no way to act in such a professional environment. Especially one where you’re supposed to feel welcomed. She then rolled her eyes when my mom said what time she wanted her appointment to be. It’s sad to think that I at 16 years old have better manners than an older lady. If you can go somewhere else, DO!
I called today making an appointment for them to remove my IUD immediately. I was on the phone with Marisol, she was giving me attitude on the phone at 8 o’clock am. I unfortunately, was in the hospital two week ago because I have three big cyst and it was causing strong abdominal pain and going through my chest and not able to catch my breath. Therefore, the doctor said that I’m not bleeding everything out.
DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO PLANS FOR THE DAY. If I could give this place no stars, I would. Got here at 1 o'clock for my 1:30pm appt. I understand there's usually a wait, hence me arriving so early. Checked in and was told I'll be called shortly to register. Watched several people who checked in after me, get registered before me. It's now after 2 o'clock, I finally get registered and am told there's 2 or 3 people before me so it's gonna be a little bit of a wait. What is the point of an appointment and being early!? This happens EVERY TIME. It's absolutely unacceptable. This will be my last visit here, if I don't walk out in the mean time.
If I could leave about -200 stars, I would. As you walk through the door, you’re welcomed to the sound of a receptionist and a patient fighting and arguing. Took so long for them to get me from the waiting room to an examination room, I was sure I’d end up missing my own funeral. Then, you wait another 40 minutes, for the doctor to come in and Google Image search a few things to tell you what could “possibly” be wrong. I’m so glad insurance covered every penny. Save yourself the hassle, and treat your body right, go to a different doctor.
The worst place on earth for medical care. I use to arrive an hour before my appointment and leave 6 hours later (no exaggeration, just truth). I went there for years and spent hours of my life waiting for the appointment for doctors to come a spend less than 10 minutes with me. I had state insurance at the time and SJFM required me to have an appointment every 3 months in order to get an insulin prescription for T1 diabetes. At every appointment I would ask for the script (they only e-script) and every appointment I wouldn’t get it. I would have to do follow up calls multiple times after my appointment to have SJFM e-script the pharmacy. It took months to get medicine. I use to have another appointment before I would get a script. Doctors would fall asleep while speaking to me. Doctors and staff would over step boundaries using phrases like “shame on you”. Other patients information would be in with mine. I only speak English and it was input in my file I spoke Creole, French and two other languages not including English. So for the longest when they would call my name to the desk they would not speak to me. Only a few would speak in basics: Name, D.O.B., insurance. One time while I was talking to the woman she said “ Oh you can speak English” and she told me about the preferred language inputs. I went there for ten years and there’s a lot more I could tell you about but in the end just save yourself and don’t go there.
My wife had make a appointment for me to see my primary care doctor. Unfortunately she was told that my regular doctor was not in. Since I having been feeling well I told her to go ahead and make this appointment anyway. When I got there the staff check me in and asked me the series of questions that are being asked now. I told her that I had some tiredness and headache and some occasional diarrhea. All of a suddenly she picked up the phone and say Code C. Liked what the heck is everything covid19 related now. I was taking to the farther room and told someone would be with me shortly because the doctor had to suit up. After waited for half a hour he come in not wearing his supposedly suit. Never said hello he when right too the computer. Turn around and asked me what am I here for. I start to proceed to explain my problem with him and them he brush me off. He them states that my doctor is here and who scheduled this appointment with him. I told him that he should go asked his staff. He was unprofessional and very rude and refuse to see me and told me I was a waste of his time. After word of mouth I learn the kind of person he was a little to late. This so call rude person name is Juan Edwardo Bejaran the word doctor is to good for him. As you know I was not a very happy person went I left the office and I made it a point to let him know.
Horrible. Diagnosed with an autoimmune illnesses that is affecting my activities of daily living. The Dr have me out on temp disability. Now refusing to State anything about my condition. He can explain on the form patient is still in treatment under specialist care. No known outcome of her abilities. So I'm still in the system as disabled and no benefits coming in for my disability because Gregor Collins refuse to say anything
Had an appointment for 1030am..got there @ 1010am..we finally got called back @ 1pm..nurses and all the ladies out front are lovely.. @140pm we still hadn't seen a Dr so we're forced to leave.. This just for a check up blood work.. If you do decide to go here.. Set aside more than for hours.. Have no appointments scheduled after.. This is actually the worst wait I've ever had.. Luckily all people in the front were in the same boat so people were either on their phones or friendly.. You might want to try another Dr or another office..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
