Went to Atlantic care medical center with a bacterial infection of feet and toes. I am a diabetic, but this was NOT sugar related. Was assigned Dr Ahmed who admitted me. Took pity in ER with pain medicine, but threw me in bed for 2 days, fed me the most powerful antibiotic, told me "I will prescribe something for pain." At night my body would drop 2 degrees causing me to freeze and the worst pain in my lower body. Felt like my bones were on fire! But good ole Dr Ahmed went out of his way and prescribed over the counter Tylenol for my pain. Even after speaking to him twice about this... Tylenol. Unable to go through any more pain and sleeplessness, I walked out of hospital. Initial consult, informed him started 3 days ago and called me a liar. Wow SMFH... Remember now, Dr's. treat conditions NOT pain. Followed up with my VA Primary, and all is well.

I have been seeing Dr. Ahmed for approximately 6-8 years now and have been very pleased with not only his expertise, but also his friendly bedside manner and short office wait times.

I have been seeing Dr Ahmed for 11 years now and could not be more pleased. He ALWAYS takes his time with me and answers any questions I might have. He makes sure I know of not only my information, but of any recent or ongoing studies or results that might have an effect on my condition. And last but sure not least, he is always coordinating information with my Primary Care Doctor and making sure my medications are upto date. VERY happy with Dr Ahmed.
