Last night, this doctor physically hurt my father out of anger when doing a procedure because my Dad requested additional tests to determine his illness before being discharged from the ER. My father, my mother and I are still traumatized. And to add insult to injury he said “you were 6 minutes late to your urologist appointment so fixing your Dad’s UTI is your problem, not mine in the ER”. My 86 year old father is now in more pain then when he went into the ER.

He was wonderful to my husband in the ER. Great bedside manner and excellent care was given. Recommend him highly.

My family member visited him in the ER at Chilton after having a medical scare. He was condescending and rude. When asking him why my family member was having the difficulty she was having, his response was "I'm a doctor and we ran the tests. We know what we're doing". That doesn't answer the question. Stay far, far away.

Having what I thought was an intestinal blockage, I sought help at the Chilton ER. Fortune smiled on me because the doctor on duty happened to be Dr. Andrew Dellapi. He understood the embarrassing situation of an 82 year old woman needing to have a young male doctor examine her and was extremely understanding and concerned about my privacy and comfort.
