Mario Robert Capio's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr. Capio’s for 2 years and enjoyed his personalized attention and office family feeling. After years of be misdiagnosed, Dr. Capio immediately sent me for a body scan across street and found a blocked artery, that saved me and put me on cholesterol meds. I wouldn’t go to any other dr.

Dr Capio is amazing, you will not find a better Dr. He truly cares about his patients, I cannot say enough good things about him and his office.

Most of us only write reviews when they are negative. I would like to say that Dr capio is an excellent physician and gentleman. He has always been there for me when I needed help and as far as I'm concerned his staff is courteous and ready to help in any way.

I have been a patient of Dr. Capio for a few years now. I find the office very accommodating to my crazy schedule with prompt appointments, once was running late due to traffic at end of day and Dr. Capio even waited for me. The professionalism , sense of urgency and level of care that I receive has made me a loyal patient and would recommend Dr. Capio to anyone that is seeking a personal , knowledgeable and compassionate physician, especially today with all the groups , long waits and feeling like a number. This is what going to a dr. Should be like, the office handles blood work, schedules immediate testing at the imaging center nearby. Patient for life.

Dr. Capio and his staff are amazing. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Dr. Capio is very professional and has never hesitated to assist me with any problems or issues that arise.

Dr. Capio is a great doctor- unfortunately you have to get past the idiotic front desk, which lacks verbal skills and polish to say the least. No one calls you back to discuss test results. When i asked for the physicians assistant to call me back they said “ we will give her the message but she’s not going to call you back”— when I had a very medical question, after I had just been in the office …. It’s gone downhill and feel the quality of care is lacking- Tori, the person who draws blood is not there and the person who draws blood, looks like they plucked from the nasty DMV- Tori was awesome- :)

I’ve already posted one review but I need to let others know about this as well. The reception staff will lie to their patients about not receiving refill requests from pharmacies. I watched my pharmacist send a refill request two times and they never sent the medication. When I just called they told me they never received it and when I told them I watched the pharmacist send the request both times they backtracked and try to cover up the lie. People deserve doctors and staff who are going to be honest and send the medication when the patients need it, not when it’s convenient for the doctors. I’m an insomniac and I haven’t had my medication for 5 days because they were too lazy to send it and lied to me over the phone about it. PLEASE choose a doctors office that is honest with their patients and actually sends your medication when you ask them. Will most definitely be looking for a new provider after this happening multiple times.

The practice has turned into a clinic. Can't believe the changes over the past few years. Waiting for an hour for blood work. I think that Dr. Capio is more intrested in the money than his patients. Disgusting.

The office staff is rude, often cutting me off with comments before hearing why I’m calling. The staff then tells me that the doctor or PA will call me back, but nobody ever does. They only seem concerned with generating revenue through office visits. They don’t seem to want to assist their patients at all.

Love the doctors office and would recommend to anyone…. I take 2 of my kids there also. Excellent office,
