Terrible. I called and asked if I need anything for my appointment and what is the wait time. They told me a credit card and nothing else. When I came to the reception I was told to sign three forms, which I did. Then the representative left and came back and said we are not going to see my 1 year old child because of an ID. I asked to speak to the office manger. They pulled up there personal phone to find "Stacy's" number. You are reading correctly that they have their personal phone where have patients sensitive information such as ID, medical information and credit card information. Then the other receptionists took her mask off. I asked to speak to the office manager. The receptionist went to private office to speak with "Stacy" . I asked to speak with "Stacy". I was told I wasn't allowed. This clinic refused to see a 1 year old child to prove a point. This shows that they don't care about children.

This practice scams you into a $165 per person sham Doctor consultation in order to get a separately billed standard PCR covid test. It seems like insurance fraud to me. We will never return to this sleazy practice and are considering reporting them to the NJ Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor (OIFP).

My son got sick last year, i went to theClifton location, it was packed, so i came here, the wait time was short. Yestarday, my 1 year old got covid, and was having reapiratory symtoms, i got in quick, and was well taken care of. I am satisfied with the service i received

Doctor didn’t even listen or talk properly. Ended up goin to a different urgent care.

Making an appointment was very easy, and they ran on time. Nurses and doctor were very professional and kind. Lab results are posted on the portal quickly. When you can't get to your regular pediatrician, PM Pediatrics is a good place to go.

Waited on hold for an hour and 48 minutes during normal business hours and the person picks up and hangs up in under 3 seconds without a response

They are very kind. They make sure your child feels comfortable regardless of how sick they are! I love that there is a ton of beautiful artwork for the children to look at and it is always extremely clean!
