The best Urgent Care that Ive ever been to! The nurses and doctors were not only knowledgeable, but they were genuinely caring. I felt that I was completely cared for from the moment I walked in to even after I left when they called to check up on me. In addition Stella, their adorable support dog, was the cherry on top! Please check them out, I assure you will have the same pleasant experience that I had. Thank you all at InFocus, you are amazing!!
I called everything seem fine but when I got there did paper work I wasn't able to stay inside but another lady was able to wait inside smh!!!
I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I have to say, it’s clean, no long waits and the staff is very friendly. Including the doctors I’ve seen. They are my primary care people!
I had a Covid 19 test at this location almost 3 months ago. At the time, I paid a $100 copay for this test but was told that they would submit the charge to my insurance company for reimbursement. My insurance company told me that I was covered for this testing. I called Infocus in October to see if they submitted my bill to my insurance company but was told that they are "very behind in their billing" but that they would submit my bill. Here we are, almost 2 months later, and my bill STILL wasn't submitted to my insurance company. I called my insurancecompany and checked. I have tried calling Infocus several times regarding this matter but they NEVER answer their phones nor do they return messages. They have 3 months to submit claims and time is almost up for my claim. Infocus, you need to get your act together!Update: Here we are almost 5 months after my test and Infocus STILL has not submitted my claim to my insurance company. And my calls to their billing department go unanswered. And my messages are never returned. Avoid this place at all costs. They are a disgrace and I have reported them to the BBB.
They never pick up the phone! They call it Urgent Care, but was never able to reach them during urgency.
I’ve gotten two covid tests here and each time it’s been quick and efficient. Have I had to call a couple times to make an appt before they answered? Sure. But they are dealing with a global pandemic, so I give them a pass on that. The person I worked with for my Covid test was Ryan. He was super friendly and made the test painless.
If you own this place be professional for gods sake. Called twice left messages never received a call back. My husband has an ear infection. They wouldn't see him wanted to send him to the emergency room. It's covid wake up ! Are you kidding me. Don't go to this one. There are plenty others out there. I think they are burnt out and don't really care. Sunday they never opened. I guess they didn't feel like it. We have to work around their schedule I guess. Why don't you just close if you can't keep up.
Going to an Urgent care means that one will be given the utmost and diligent attention upon arrival. I went there this past Saturday wanting a treatment for the soreness I was experiencing in my throat for the past two days. I had no fever, chills etc and did any OTC medication to cover any symptoms. The doctor there proceeded to do a COVID test without discussing if I needed it or not and then looked at my throat and announced that I had a throat infection. OK... shouldn't it be the other way around... diagnose first and then give the treatment and the option of the test. Certainly a quick buck making process. And to top it all off I was given a card with a link to access the results of my test once i received a code via text. It is now THURSDAY and NO CODE. When I call the office no one answers the phone let alone call you back on leaving a message. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE...where I will be taken care better.
While at times this place may be hard to reach by phone, it has been my experience time and time again that the persistence is worth it. The owner/physician is amazing and her Nurse Practitioner Bell is awesome. Ryan and the rest of the staff are easy to work with and have a professional but easy going personality. These providers listen and help. I have visited both the Ewing and West Windsor offices but have resulted in positive experiences.
The office staff is good but don’t plan on getting callbacks! Don’t bother leaving a message no one will call you back . Customer service is definitely not their priority...
I went here for COVID testing in late July. THe experience when I was there was fine but they never posted my results in my portal and I had to call multiple times to get the results. Additionally, I paid a substantial copay for myself and two other family members and, even tho my insurance then later covered the entire cost, I have been unable to get the copay refunded. I’ve left multiple messages and no one has returned my phone call ever. For Mercer County residents, the at home test is free and easy. I would not return to this facility if I had any other choice since it’s impossible to get in touch with them and they are not operating according to above board business practices.

Never in my entire life have I seen a more unprofessional company/staff. My covid test was done 2 hours after my appointment - they said they were behind the schedule that day, but if you read the reviews you'll see that this happens everyday, so they probably just book more patients that they can handle ($$$). I was told I would get a phone call 1 hour later with the result. Never got a phone call, so I had to call them. I was told I would get a report on my email that day with the result. Didn't get the email either. 2 days later (1 hour before an appointment I made with a company in NYC - 3 months before) I still don't have the result in my email, and I'm about to miss my session because Infocus Urgent Care didn't send me the results. I'm from Missouri, I paid a hotel to quarantine for a 1 week prior to my appointment with this company in NYC to follow travel guidelines, and I was about to miss my very expensive appointment because of Infocus Urgent care. This company in NY was very strict about having a negative test prior to my appointment. I called Infocus Urgent Care 25 times that day (let me repeat - 25 times). At this point - 1 hour before my appointment - I'm freaking out cause I paid a lot of money to this company in NY (and also to Infocus Urgent Care - their tests are not cheap), and the only thing stopping me from being able to do what I had to do in NY was the covid result. Instead of apologizing for not doing what they were supposed to do - send the results, which is so basic (JUST SEND THE DAMN RESULT) they react with contempt and anger saying they're short staffed "that day." P.s. I got the result in my email a couple of minutes before my appointment, so a "happy ending" with a whole lot of stress....
Had a very good experience with Ryan at InFocus. Went for a precautionary Covid test, having made an appointment. They were running a few minutes late due to high demand (because we’re in a pandemic and so many are ignoring the guidelines!) which was understandable but once I was in Ryan was very efficient and polite and he made the test as pleasant as possible. He and the others who are working so hard to keep up with the demand for testing should be commended.
I was sent there by my doctor for COVID-19 test required for my scheduled procedure. Called them several times, they never answered and never replied to my messages. So I had to drive there after work to schedule appointment in person, besides it's pretty far away from my route. When I came for appointment I still had to wait pretty long time. They charged me $40 for what I believe should be covered in full by insurance. So when I had to do another COVID test for the other procedure just 2 weeks later I went to different place. They answered my call right away, I set up everything on website, no waiting time at all and NO CHARGE!Sure enough, just got EOB from my insurance, says NO CHARGE to me. Chance of getting refund looks zero. Is it even legal to charge patient for what they should know is fully covered by insurance?
I have used this Infocus location once before for COVID testing and everything went smoothly; however, most recently, I tried to call and schedule an appointment 5 days ago, and no one ever called me back. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office, which I find to be pretty shameful during a pandemic. A better system needs to be implemented immediately.
Dishonest service provider... Booked a COVID PCR test 72 hours prior to travel and confirmed that report can be received with 48 hours, when going for the test, was told that I may not receive the test on time due to holiday, but they can offer a "quick" test which more than double the original price and is acceptable by airlines for COVID clearance. When picking up the report - the report specifically states that the "Negative" result does not preclude COVID-19... so it is totally useless. I am going to appeal this practice to the relevant authorities
Better off getting COVID testing through your local pharmacy. This place will charge you a full urgent care visit copay for the privilege of taking your temperature and being seen by somebody. Maybe questionable billing practices as I never had a medical professional identify themself as such to me during my visit which I found quite unprofessional. They ran over 1/2 an hour late for my appointment and did not care to proactively communicate the delay while myself and other patients waited outside in the cold. The whole process takes minutes at a pharmacy and theres usually no charge for the test with most insurances. Youre better off considering other options as it may save you both time and money.
Give our money back for the covid test we were forced to pay for in April even though we have proven we should have paid nothing!!
