Dr. Bellows listened patiently while I explained my entire medical history and he took the time to address all of my questions and concerns before creating a plan of treatment for me. I was very concerned that I would be pushed into taking PPI's or some other medication for my GI issues, but Dr. Bellows did not pressure me in that direction.
We were told we would get our results last wednesday.... Been waiting over 5 days to hear our results the office hasn't contacted us with any updates. Bad experience.
This was our first visit to Dr. Bellows in Princeton for GI issues that my Dad was having. My Dad is 82 and we have quite a bit of experience in working with various doctors (25+ docs in the area) and we also try to assess our doctors to continually improve the quality of medical care we can get. Based on our first visit which lasted for about 35-40 minutes with the doctor, Dr. Bellows comes across as a very knowledgeable and capable doctor and he is very pleasing, spends as much time is required to understand all aspects of the problem to be able to come up with an appropriate treatment course and plan. Would highly recommend Dr. Bellows and am glad we found him.
I am never going back. I went to my appointment and waited about 15 minutes in the waiting room with my infant while the nurse talked to the receptionist about their personal issues. Then I go into see the doctor for only 10 mins and he charged me a level 4 appointment. When I called to talk to someone about it they were rude.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
