List of Activcore Physical Therapy & Performance's Reviews
I started working with Dr. Lisa Ochman on 6/28/2021. She is pleasant, lively, and compassionate, never short of encouragements and praises. She explained clearly how human body worked and tried different ways to improve my posture and mobility after observing me walking. Each session was interesting and helpful. I looked forward to my workout always. My improvements were soon noticed by family and friends. However after Lisa exhausted ways to further my improvements after 3 months, she advised me to take an MRI to assess my hip joints. The results were not a surprise to her and I was encouraged to consult a surgeon. My perspective changed from non-surgical treatment to hip replacement. With Lisa’s promise to help me through the whole process, I successfully underwent 2 hip replacement surgeries in November and December 2021. True to her words, Lisa helped me with rehab following each surgery. Very happily, I was discharged from Activcore yesterday with “day and night differences” in my range of mobility. Without Lisa’s help, I couldn’t have come this far in such a short time. I’m truly grateful to her for restoring my freedom of movements and resuming a normal life. She has indeed played a very important role in my struggle back to health.
My body is finally back to pre-pregnancy strength thanks to the dream team: Dr. Ashley who properly diagnosed the pelvic floor issues and started me off on the strength training plan, and Dr. Molly who saw it through to the last day when I was able to safely run again. The level of empathy, sensitivity to your needs and mental state, and ability to listen and be honest with clients were key to the results. Dr. Molly especially had great judgment on when to push me to the next level that we never had to pull back from progress. As for progress, I went into Activcore limping on day 1 to jogging in their parking lot after a handful of sessions on my discharge day. No issues with the pleasant front desk and office team who made it zero stress and easy to set up or alter appointments + get payments processed in real time, because paperwork is the last thing you want to think about when you're in pain. I highly recommend consulting with Activcore especially if you're a soon-to-be or new mother experiencing any pelvic pain in your journey. This is a great local resource that will get you back on your feet to tackle all the fun stuff motherhood throws at you.
My husband was required to seek vestibular rehabilitation for vertigo and he worked with Dr. Thomas at the Princeton location. Dr. Thomas was wonderful to work with, extremely knowledgeable and focused on his particular problem. Dr. Thomas also gave him exercises to do at home which helped strengthen his vestibular system and optical responses. He was much improved in just a few sessions. We would highly recommend Dr. Thomas for anyone with vertigo and vestibular system deficiencies.
Becky has been so wonderful to work with! She is kind and patient and has helped address all of my concerns. I would recommend her to anyone!
Adrienne is an expert and has helped me recover after breast cancer surgery. She has helped me regain full motion and strength. I can’t recommend her more highly.
I have been working with Dr Molly Weingart. She is very caring and a good listener. She looks for creative answers and has helped me a lot. She is passionate about her work.
To call Adrienne an excellent physical therapist would be an understatement. In my experience, it's rare to find someone who truly gives a s*** the way she does. Even going weeks/months between appointme nts, the fact that she remembers the details not just of whatever we're working on, but even of the small talk we make along the way, shows that she truly cares in addition to being knowledgeable and a fantastic communicator. The cherry on top is the entire Activcore environment. Every therapist and employee from top to bottom is welcoming, nonjudgemental, and kind. I strongly recommend Activcore whether you're an athlete or just looking to live your life more comfortably.
Dr Molly is very professional and attentive. She is very friendly and helpful. My Knee is improving each visit.I would definitely recommend Dr Molly and activcore.
I just completed two appointments with Becky Keller, a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health. After reviewing my concerns and discussing my symptoms, Becky formulated a treatment plan for me to begin immediately. By by next apt., I saw results already! I cannot recommend Becky highly enough. I feel very lucky to have found my way to her.
I have had a great experience working with Adrienne at Activcore in Princeton. I’m an avid runner, but had developed leg and hip pain and stiffness which made ruining very difficult and unenjoyable for me. I started going to Activcore last fall and Adrienne was able to quickly diagnose my problems (muscle imbalances) and work with me to address them. Within a couple of weeks I was running again and within about 4-6 weeks the pain and stiffness was gone. I’m now back to running the way I was before my pain/stiffness developed, and, most importantly, enjoying it again. This experience has been truly transformative for me, and has changed the way I look at flexibility and strength training.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
