Dr. Hamaway and his staff were wonderful both prior to, during, and following my wife's surgical procedure. Her scar revision after only 2 weeks looks amazing and the staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable and their interpersonal skills are outstanding. Their service is second to none. We will definitely return in the future even with the hour drive each way. Thanks to all of the staff at Princeton Plastic Surgeons.

From the moment we walked into the office, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Anisa provided such a friendly and heartfelt welcome that instantly put us at ease. Dr. Hamawy is truly an expert in his field, and his approach is so relaxed and empathetic…he never makes anyone feel pressured into making decisions about procedures. I was there multiple times with my family member who needed a procedure, and we both left extremely happy and satisfied with the exceptional service and great results.

I don't write reviews. I HATE writing reviews. But, here we are, the same day as my three month post-op appointment. I'm not sure where to begin other than by saying that there are not enough superlatives to describe my experience with the entire PPS practice. I remember walking in the door for my consultation and seeing all of these beautiful people and thinking, 'just let me get through this'. Here's the thing...everyone was wonderful. Not just good-customer-service nice, but genuinely so. Literally everyone I've encountered there from my first visit forward has made me feel welcomed and very much a part of the PPS family. I chose a lower face and neck lift and an upper bleph (eyelid lift). When I met with Dr. H and Dr. M, they spent close to a half an hour with me, answering and asking questions so they understood what I was looking for and managing my expectations. And there was ZERO upselling. The day of my surgery I was lucky enough to work with both of these amazing doctors, and the two wonderful nurses, A and T, who were with me in theater and were the same nurses I saw at every post-op appointment. They were as genuinely excited about my results as I was. I could not be happier with the experience I've had, and my results exceeded my expectations (and I had HIGH expectations). Just book a consultation, even if you're on the fence. I cannot say enough about PPS, and I'm already thinking about visiting them again (wink).

Bad experience, bad physician I had to take a moment before I wrote and posted this review, but this Doctor and his staff are horrible! I have used this physician before in the past and he seemed like a really nice, kind person and I had a great respect for him. Not now after my recent visit. I came in for a consultation with him, after experiencing some health issues; I was not a candidate for surgery.I explained my concerns and he was very reassuring that he could help me without doing surgery. He suggested filler and New-tox. He told me the procedure would take about 45 minutes and I would be so happy with the results. I went in for my appointment which was at the same time as the solar eclipse, that all he or his staff was interested in. They were quick to ask me for 5,000. What was supposed to take 45 minutes he completed in 12 minutes, the outcome was filler improperly injected in the wrong areas. I do not believe he even injected with the number of units he had stated for the new-tox, because it never work

I called and complained to the office about a week and half later, that I thought there was an issue with the New-tox and the improper placed filler. I was given an appointment to come back, He did look at me, He suggested it may be an issue of improper placement of filler or swelling, told me to wait at least 2-3 more weeks. Come back if still the same and have the filler dissolved. I waited as he suggested, but when people started asking what was wrong with my face. I called back only to be told he had left the country. He went to Gaza on a humanitarian mission, but would see me as soon as he returned. Well I waited had several appointments pushed back because he was not allowed to leave Gaza. Finally they gave me an appointment to come back in 6/25/24 and physician refused to see me, never saw him again. The office manager said he refused to see me because I would not take another picture, true. They took pictures on 3/27, 4/8, 4/24. I requested he come in and look at me first, then I would have done all the pictures he wanted, but no the office manager told me he refused to see me, I was shocked, how does a person who claim to be such a humanitarian, be so disrespectful to a paying patient, I left. This was 6/25/24 never heard anything from them again and they all knew how upset I was. He refused to fix improper filler procedure he performed on me. He left lumps under my eyes, chin and my cheek and dark marks on my face that yet to subside. I have consulted with 2 other physician who would not touch the error, because and I quote he was responsible and should fix the issue, but no. So beware of this physician, he is only out to get your money, once he gets it, he'll do the most terrible job and you will be stuck, he is uncaring about what damage he does to his patient. I have had to file a complaint against him. That’s not right. Was my money really worth him disfiguring me or was it just a discrimination issue. I just don't know what to believe anymore. Beware and run!
