List of Darlene J Kwee's Reviews
Went to get Finasteride. Got it. Fast forward to 1.5 yrs later during the height of COVID and they won't refill it all of a sudden without an appointment. Can't make an appointment for 2 months, apparently. This would clearly destroy the treatment, as anyone with any experience with Finasteride would know -- if you stop taking it, your hair starts to fall out, likely permanently. That is, she is basically telling me that she is OK with her treatment plan for me failing completely. All because she greedily books appointments so that she has zero flexibility for this kind of "emergency." Unhelpful staff. I googled and EASILY found a website where I could make an appointment with a doctor to get Finasteride in one day. Of course, none of Dr Kwee's assistants told me about this option. Not surprisingly, I won't be seeing Dr. Kwee again. At least not until she stops overbooking herself to the point of being useless to her patients.
After seeing other doctors who are part of the same medical group that Dr. Darlene Kwee belongs to, and being completely satisfied for years with the other doctors and with all of the staff members at the practice; I expected the same with Darlene Kwee. My visit with her was surprisingly disappointing. She does appear to be intelligent, however, she demonstrated zero bedside manner, overall disconnectedness and dismissiveness, a lack of authentic listening skills, lack of compassion, insensitivity, and a combative, robotic, and arrogant nature. While a visit with the doctor is indeed a business transaction in many ways, there still remains a human element that patients seeking help and advice expect from doctors – particularly since without the patient the doctor would not be in business. Being able to connect with patients is a gift that some doctors naturally possess – patients pick up on that gift/vibe within the first few seconds a doctor walks into an examining room and greets the patient. Darlene Kwee might have at some time in her career practiced with the human element at the forefront of her patient encounters. I certainly hope so. Sadly, she did not demonstrate that during my brief encounter with her. As a result, I would not ever opt to see her again.

Highly professional MD who has treated me for 15 years for skin cancers.Fine surgeon and very fine medical doctor.Has my utmost trust.....
Was very comfortable with her. I had a skin check and a couple of minor procedures. During the procedures, she talks to you to help relax and keep your focus off of what she is doing. I was pleased with the whole experience.
I've been seeing Dr Knee for 19 years at least 1-2x a year and have had several "spots" removed over the years. Dr Kwee is very thorough in the exams as well as addressing a recently developed latex allergy. I have recommended Dr Kwee to several friends and they all continue to see her.
I was delighted with my initial visit; Dr. Kwee was thorough and gracious. Her nurse was very nice and listened to what I had to say.
Dr.kwee's staff is amazing. She treats her staff terribly and is always running extremely behind which I didn't appreciate because they do so much and were so helpful to me but she treated them like dogs. Love dr.Kazenoff even though he's so quiet
I am so glad I found Dr. Kwee. She immediately, correctly diagnosed a skin condition that two previous physicians had misdiagnosed. The treatments she provided worked quickly and were effective. I would recommend her to anyone!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
