I met with Dr. van Raalte several years ago based upon a referral. Just recommended her to a friend and couldn't remember if I'd ever left a review. Therefore, this: she was excellent; terrific communication and very skilled. Very importantly: she was patient and empathetic... a complete win win. Truly 100% recommend.

My mother really likes Dr. Van Raalte, but the person answering the phone is such a horror that she is reconsidering whether to go to this doctor in the future. My mother is in pain and needs an appointment or at least a call with the doctor, but the person manning the phone is barring any communication whatsoever. She's completely unsympathetic and nasty. Completely unprofessional and should be dismissed.

Never got as far as a visit. Tried to get appointment on line back in March 2021 No one got back to me. I called 3 additional times in April and early May, left messages all 3 times with my call back number , never got a call back. On my last message I said this is my 3rd and final call never a word back. I hope the doctor sees this because you are losing patients due to thefcat that your staff is not calling people back. It's unfortunate as I have had 2 friends that have gotten great results with Dr VanRaalte but unfortunately I will have to find someoen else.

My second appointment have been canceled by the office right before the COVID-19 outbreak. I was denied the possibility to have a telehealth visit, when I tried to schedule the appointment to ask about my health degradation and type of test to be rescheduled. Office manager was rude and making medical decision without even checking the facts. Even if the office ' have been undergoing the process of converting to their Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system' , office should treat patients with respect. When you become an item number in the process is it a medicine ???

I am 80 years old and have been a patient of Dr. VanRaalte for many years. She is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable and confident. Her staff are all very professional and helpful. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Yes, I would highly recommend her.

This is a consistently outstanding medical practice. This includes medical staff and office staff. My appointment today was with Andrea Barker and once again she was knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. She makes difficult conversations easy and not the least bit embarrassing. I highly recommend this Urogynecology practice!
