List of MIchael J Fidanzato's Reviews
Love the way this doctor thinks. My GI issues were a puzzle and he approached them in a very thoughtful way. He also really listened. And addressed my symptoms with as few meds as possible.
He treats my mom and brother as well as myself and my husband. Knowledgeable, courteous and his bedside manner is outstanding.
Went back after 3 months of not going to this doctor and they did not even have any of my medical records. Most useless staff and medical practice in general, do not go here unless you want to waste your time and deal with receptionists that give you attitude for ineptitude.
Dr. Fidanzato is an excellent doctor with an highly impressive resume and decades of experience in the field of gastroenterology. After our initial consultation I absolutely felt like he was the only guy I needed to see. Visit Dr. Fidanzato with complete confidence. He's absolutely great.
This office handles affairs with customers terribly, ever since my second visit it's been nothing but hassle and redirection. The nurses at the office seem completely overwhelmed by the amount of patients that the office currently has and the work that comes along with them. Dr. Fidanzato isn't the worst, although I never really felt like I was being heard or really cared for, I was always treated like just another customer, not even a patient. When I tried to go to a new doctor's office, it took days for them to get my medical records together and even give me a call back to let me know if that was going to be possible. The smallest tasks, like filling out a Temporary Disability sheet, 1 sheet, takes this office more than one day to complete, causing treatment to be constantly delayed. Save yourself the trouble and find a smaller practice where the doctors actually have time to provide you with help at every step of your sickness/illness.
When everyone else was stumped, he came to the rescue. He was courteous and knowledgeable, without being a wise guy or cocky. I will definitely be back for future gastro issues. His staff was also very nice and friendly.
I would highly recommend Dr. Fidanzato. He is an excellent physician who is kind, compassionate, and highly patient focused. He took his time to speak with me and hear all my concerns. When I called the office with questions about a test, he answered call himself and took time to listen and answer everything I asked. His staff is kind and helpful as well. You can't find a better doctor!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
