I had my lips done with Clai, and I am obsessed! She made me feel so comfortable, took time to sit with me and go over my goals and how we can achieve them and any questions and concerns I had! She made my lips look so natural and beautiful! I had half a syringe done with her back in December and they are still plump and beautiful and looks like I just had them done! Can’t wait to go back to get more done!!

I drove over an hour to see RN Clai for lip filler. SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB! Clai discussed all options thoroughly with me. I felt very comfortable with her and relaxed. She did what was best for me and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Clai is very attentive to every detail and took her time with me. If you want lip filler, she is your go to!!

I had submental lipo and chin implant procedure with Dr. Schrader. I originally only planned for chin lipo, but Dr. Schrader gently suggested during our consultation that my chin had some subtle recession. She did not push on the issue which I appreciated. When I decided last minute to get a chin implant added on, Diane on her team was very accommodating and got me what I needed. For that, I’m very thankful! I would describe the procedure itself to be quite pleasant actually! I was awake with some drugs to keep me calm and numb. They let me play my own music and even small talked with me. I felt no pain and only slight discomfort at some points. Everyone was so pleasant and comforting, especially Kate. The team prepared me well for the recovery, and I think my lack of bruising and major swelling is a testament to Dr. Schrader’s gentle artistry.

I saw one of her NP's Clai in November. She was suggesting certain fillers and Botox that we could do. I went in to get an opinion on what I should do, as I felt from previous fillers my face looked a bit uneven. She made some suggestions and even said masseter Botox was something we could do. Now I do tend to ask a lot of questions, about risks, etc. I do a lot of research before coming in. She told me she could treat me then only, and I said I wanted to think about it. I left, and within 5-10 minutes I thought, let's just do it. I've done it in the past, and just once I didn't like it as it hit the wrong muscle. I went back, and they went to go ask Clai. After 5 minutes the person came and said she's busy. I drove 45 minutes so I said how long would the wait be and they said she's not available today, During my appointment she told me she didn't have a patient right after me so she offered to treat me right away. I found it odd. Anyways I left, and then after a few hours I called to make the next availability appointment for another day. I made the appointment. After a while, I got a call saying Clai won't be able to see me as Dr Schrader doesn't thing I am a good fit to come to their clinic. I am not lying, I cried. I was so confused. It made me feel something was wrong with me or because I over discussed my history of my past injectors. Clai denying me, okay could be maybe she's still young and wouldn't know exactly what to do. But Dr Schrader denying is making me think, as a patient I won't want to go into surgery knowing a doctor isn't willing to help a patient. Clai during that appointment said she didn't think there was filler left in my face, but I recently had an mri which proved it. If you don't know for sure, maybe you shouldn't give an answer. Now recently, I found out another injector I had seen who was busy and traveling for work, is also associated with Dr Schrader, and she has also said she cannot see me as she doesn't think she's a good fit to treat me. So where does one go? If I had misbehaved or had been rude to anyone in their facility, I would accept being denied, but I am being denied just because I had concerns that weren't straight forward? I had even asked to speak to Dr Schrader to understand, but no call back. I did not want to leave a review, but the fact now all her injectors are denying to see me just doesn't make sense.

I love this office. Staff is wonderful, Dr. Schrader is calming and explains everything. So glad I had my eyes done.

Dr. Schrader changed my life, I had a rhinoplasty by her over 3 years ago on 11/9. All I could fixate on was my nose when I looked in the mirror, until the surgery.
