Everyone at Outlook Eyecare was fantastic. Very courteous and professional. Dr. Saipe is great. Took time explain my condition and answered all my questions. I had a bad infection in one eye, and understandably a bit nervous. After seeing Dr. Saipe, i knew I was in good hands, and my anxiety was gone. I've found my new eye Dr.!

I went to Dr. Saipe with a bad infection in one eye, and was fairly nervous. Dr. Saipe thoroughly explained my situation, said I caught it early, and there should be no problem clearing it up. He answered all of my questions, and by the time I left, my anxiety was gone. The world needs more doctors like Dr. Saipe!

Dr Saipe was very thorough in the information he provided to me and what options I had for my eye problems. It made me feel empowered to make an educated decision on next steps.

Dr Saipe went over everything with me and explained to me the importance of taking Areds 2 and using Artificial Tears on a daily basis. I was very satisfied with his thoroughness and his answers to my questions.

Nice bedside manner, very thorough, explained everything that he was doing. Very professional while maintaining rapport. He reviewed the notes of my previous visit so he knew potential problems and addressed them one by one. The staff was very pleasant and competent. I made another annual appointment here so I recommend Dr. Swipe. However, the wait time for actually seeing the doctor was quite lengthy. If you have an appointment, plan for at least an hour extra. If you are working or on a schedule, this may be a deterrent.
