I’ve seen Dr Meager and he was dismissive and didn’t seem to care about anything that was said . He didn’t care of the pain I was in and expressed “ it is what it is “ and to “just deal “ with it . Even bringing in my images he didn’t want to look at them . Made his own decision I was sent away with nothing . NEVER will or would recommend him .

From my initial visit, he described what he could accomplish to repair my spine. After the surgery, I am in my 3rd day and it keeps getting better. No pain...

Dr. Meagher told me nothing needs to be done for my spine problem and I should just treat the pain. How did he know that without looking at the images on the disc I brought to my appointment? Well I went to another neurosurgeon after seeing Dr. Meagher and found out I had a major problem. And guess what, I'm actually recovering from spine surgery performed by a REAL NEUROSURGEON right now as I type this. Dr. Meagher is crooked as all hell. He should be in politics, not medical. He is dishonest and has elite like behavior. He talked down to me, ignored me and tried blowing smoke up my a** as he was looking right in my eyes. The appointment was basically a setup and he was doing what the workers comp insurance adjuster wanted obviously. What a horrible specimen of a human being. Heartless!

Disrespectful and dismissive of patient concerns. Told patient he was going to stay overnight in the hospital, but had him discharged an hour after surgery. There is more that points to both arrogance and dehumanization of patients. There were some real, valid medical issues the doctor ignored, and then scoffed at when reminded about them. Patients are treated like objects processed on an assembly line instead of human beings.

I found him to very good at what he does. He also is unique because he has compassion and genuinely cares for his patients. I would absolutely recommend to for his skill and humanity.

Excellent surgeon who not only cares about his patients but educates and informs them evert step of the way . my husnand had surgery and is doing incredibly well since then

Dr. Meagher cares about his patients. He listens to your concerns, and speaks to you in a no-nonsense way that you feel comfortable with. He is a very "positive" thinking person...always friendly and it makes you feel the same. My fusion procedure was successful in correcting the priority issue I was having, and he did it with a single level as opposed to the two-level that I almost got previously from a different surgeon. I could not be happier with my care.

Dr. Meagher treated my 89-yr old father after a fall which created a cervical fracture. He performed a Laminectomy Surgery on him. The thoroughness in troubleshooting the injury, the recommendation and explanation of the procedure, and the outcome of a successful surgery was very impressive. Simply put, the man knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone finding themselves needing these services. Well done Doctor. Thank you!
