Dr. Liu was pompous, arrogant, argumentative, and insulting. He obviously lacks the demeanor and personality to even have a helpful modicum of bedside manner. I fail to see why he even entered the medical profession.

Misdiagnosis of glaucoma! Was insistent and could not be told he was wrong by follow-up diagnosis of other doctors.

Really horrible experience , didn't answer simple questions I had... but instead talked down to me with condescending remarks , very cocky attitude ... really not sure why he's a doctor

I had original cateract surgery back in 2014 with multi focal lens. After wearing glasses most of my life I finally got rid of them. Just wanted to post that I’m still very happy with Dr Liu”s work and my experience with the practice. I would highly recommend him.

Retinal imaging showed an anomaly in my eye that had puzzled my optometrist. By careful manual inspection, Dr. Liu quickly determined that it was an "optical illusion" caused by the edge of the capsule that holds the lens. He seemed to be on the run coming in and out of the exam room, but he was thorough in the examination.

Dr. Liu has an incredible bedside manner. He took his time doing my exam, asked me multiple times if I had any questions, and made me feel so comfortable and reassured. This was the most positive experience with a medical professional that I've ever had.

Dr Liu was referred to me by a friend who had a successful Lasik. He has a very impressive background as a MD/Phd from Vanderbilt. He performed my PRK Nov 2017, and I had problems healing. He diagnosed my healing pattern incorrectly as a Staltzman’s nodule and took me off the steroid drops too quickly and put me on antibiotic drops. He then just passed me on to the group’s corneal specialist, who tried to pass me back to Dr Liu. My vision started to deteriorate in my left eye, and eventually after getting a second opinion elsewhere, the corneal specialist took me as a patient. If your surgery goes well, i’m sure Dr Liu is great, but if there a problems, he will likely pass his responsibility to another dr

Dr. Liu and his staff were very professional. All of my appointments were done in a very timely manner. My cataract surgery was pain-free and very successful. Thank you very much Dr. Liu.

Dr Liu came as a reference for someone who had a successful Lasik with him. That said I had problems healing from my PRK by him. He incorrectly diagnosed me with a Staltzman’s nodule and took me off of prednisone drops too quickly and just put me on antiobiotic drops. He then passed me on to the corneal specialist who passed Me back to Dr Liu. When I got a second opinion elsewhere because my vision in the left eye was getting worse, the corneal specialist took my case. Dr liu is great if your surgery goes well but is absent when there are problems.
