Rude and condescending. Covering for my PCP, she hung up the phone twice on me over a slight misunderstanding over some additional lab work that needed to be added to my recently completed lab work. Very unprofessional behavior and actually called me be and hung up on me again. Now, I’ll be finding a new doctor because I can no longer trust my health to a medical group that feels hanging the phone up on people is acceptable behavior. For the record, I never swore, raised my voice, or criticized Layne. She was presumptive and misunderstood. Poor listening skills and dismissive.
