I am livid with this doctors office mamager. I went to his office 10 days ago bent over in paid and he ordered some test and pain killers. I am still bet over in paid. They needed preauthorization which I was able to do but they would not schedule me without my clinicals. I have been calling his office everyday with no success. I've been trying to get results from my colonoscopy for the past three months. The doctor is good but you can never get the office on the phone, if you call from a blocked number they will answer the phone then put you on hold for hours

Worst customer service ever, they never answer the phone. They were suppose to send my prescription to a specialist and had to call 6x still no luck.

Dr. Baghal himself is great but his staff is horrible. Seriously needs to hire people that take their job seriously. You have to call about 25-30 times just for someone to pick up. They are very forgetful and rude. This is a disgrace.

My uncle referred me to Dr Baghal my experience at my first time visit went really well Dr Baghal is very compassionate, humble and understanding. I highly recommend!

Good doctor but worst service from support staffs. It is near impossible to get hold of the support staff. I have to call multiple times to get hold of them and when I got hold of them, whatever request I made (my prescription medications) will not get the attention it requires so I have to keep calling for the same thing over and over again. Extreme terrible customer service from this office.

The worst customer service ever. These ladies act as if they work in an ER environment. They always claim they are busy or if you need something that’s someone else’s job to do it. The doctor is ok.
