The doctor is very great, good listener and shows a lot of care for his patients but the receptionist needs an attitude adjustment. The receptionist needs to learn how to talk to patients when she's under pressure, she's very nasty when talking to patients on the phone.

This is ridiculous how you have to be calling since 9:00 am and now 10:47 am they answer then I try to tell her what wrong they can’t answer the phone and so sarcastic “who I have the pleasure to talk “ it’s not fair he is my patient doctor and to me he was good but I guess he doesn’t care if they answer or not they still have a lot of patients and we waiting for a flu shot for two weeks now ... Sorry doctor but I complain before and no one listens so I have to write and let others know
