Follow up after 3 yrs from my last visit. Three things: Dr.Krieger’s front desk people are much nicer now. Friendly and has positive energy. 2nd. The set up of the computer allows Dr Krieger and the med assistant to look at you, face to face (not their backs like some other med office). So you can talk to them face to face. 3rd Dr Krieger takes time to explain things and does not rush you out.

Dr. Krieger is a throw back to the old school doctors that actually spend time with their patients and listen. He took the time to explain everything so that it was easy to understand. Before we were done he repeatedly asked if there were any other question and if I had any concerns. I would recommend Dr. Krieger in a second.

Dr. Krieger is a fine gentleman. He is easy to understand as he explained the biopsy process and possible treatment options . I was also very impressed with his office staff. I was treated very respectfully and courteously . I give Dr. Krieger and his staff a 5 out of 5 star rating.

I recently saw Dr. Krieger in the office and after thorough testing, Dr. Krieger explained all of the options to me, We decided to treat my condition with medication at this time rather than immediately having surgery, although I am aware that I may need surgery in the future. He was a really good listener when I explained my concerns and I really appreciate that he took time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I did not feel rushed and he spent a good amount of time with me. I would definitely recommend Dr. Krieger to my family and friends.

Worst consumer service from the Rahway location from Jennifer and Stephanie. Very unprofessional and rude. I called regarding my biopsy results which I was told by Stephanie that the biopsy results would take two weeks. I also wanted to confirm my follow up appointment time and date. Stephanie started to say that there was no appointment made, which I have the appointment reminder card with me. I try to explain to her that I have appointment but she proceed to tell me that Dr. Krieger is already overbooked. Then why was my appointment was made in that Date & time. I decided to call back I spoke with Jennifer, which it was no different in character. I explain to Jennifer that I want to speak with her manger. Jennifer informed me her manger Maria is on vacation. Please whom ever is reading this do yourself a favor and find another Urologist.
