The nicest Dr , i also went to his father so the family has always been the best, Super caring never a rush even when busy. Will always devote all time to your issue until resolved and you are back on your feet 110%. I have been to many Doctors and he will always be on top of the list. Even when i have had issues that were unable to get resolved through normal medicine ,the specialists he works with and refer's patients too are always top notch. I will always recommend him to anyone looking for a GREAT family doctor. Thank You for your Time

Dr. Santiago is the best Doctor I've ever had. He listens to my concerns and provides me with clear feedback. I never feel rushed when he sees me. As long as I live in New Jersey, Dr. Santiago will be my primary care.

Dr. Arthur Santiago is wonderful!!! We use to see his Dad and still see his brother Derek (Cardiologist Morristown). He reminds you of an old time country dr he takes his time with you. Yes sometimes you have to wait but that's ok cause I know we don't get rushed. He figured out my medical issue when 5 specialists could not figure it out. He fought the hospital and insurance Co on my behalf. I am forever indebted to him for his wonderful care!!! Thank you!!!

What incompetent staff members at this doctors office. All 3 of them. I am still in shock with the way this office handled my deceased fathers paperwork. I had asked over a month ago to fill out a single paper and asked for a call back from Dr. Santiago. Three full weeks later, after multiple emails to the clinic, I finally got a call back 3 minutes before they closed for the weekend, asking for my Father's date of death. I'm sorry but shouldn't you have that in his files, the doctor signed his death certificate! Still have not received a phone call from the Dr. himself. No empathy for the families that are dealing with the death of a loved one from this clinic. You just get "yupped" and "okayed" on the phone until you end the call with them. Also sounds like they do not document all call back requests for Dr. Santiago. I hope this doctor comes to the realization that his staff members in the Rahway office do not represent his practice in a positive way at all. Less than mediocre at best.
