Exelente Profesional muy amable l recomiendo
I don't like the way how this doctor practised and was ignorant of his patient's concern. I visited him a few years ago for my scalp toenail issue. He scraped the nail a little bit for lab exam and told me for another visit. However, I was told during my 2nd visit that the sample was lost and he needed to do another scrape and another following visit for treatment. I was too nice without asking him reimburse my $40 copay for the extra useless 2nd visit. I then scheduled a 3rd visit for lab result and subsequent treatment. Prior to the 3rd visit, my son has an emergency for a small pustule in the hair right next to his ear. I took him to visit this Doctor as he was my dermatologist. The doctor said that he would perform a surgery to remove it. I thought a little penetration to release the pus would do it and questioned him for cutting off the whole skin that might leave a scar. His reply was that his responsibility was just to cure but leaving a scar or not. I did not stop him right then from proceeding and regretted to this day that I felt guilty about the overkilled cutting, which resulted in a visible scar on my son's head that could be avoided. With that unpleasant encounter, I then cancelled the return visits of me and my son's. To end this story, I subsequently visited another Doctor who just prescribed me with some pills for 10 days or so without scraping anything. It cured my nail issue completely with just one simple visit.
I've never seen so a butcher, need to retire. When to check on a dark spot. Now 3 month later still have a scar and probably for ever.
Time to retire Wininger. Rude, useless and incompetent.
I went to Dr. Winninger at least 10 years ago. The wait was long. When he examined me, he insisted on doing a biopsy to confirm I had psoriasis. I knew I had psoriasis, and didn’t need a biopsy. The only reason I went back was to get the stitches taken out. I was on my lunch hour, and waited two hours to be seen. He then wanted to do another procedure. I just walked out. I went to another doctor in my area, and have been clear of psoriasis for years
Quadruple books appointments if that’s possible. Doctor is eager to get that scalpel out . Cut now ask questions later .
I went here to drain a cyst. Absolutely terrible experience. The building and examination rooms are run down and dirty. The doctor and staff don't appear to know anything about sterile technique. The doctor didn't even wipe my skin with alcohol before cutting into the cyst. Medical waste from previous patients was present in the exam room every time I went in. After my first visit, I was asked to come in for follow-up appointments. I asked if I would be charged, as I had no intention of returning if I would have to pay, and they told me that I would not because the follow-ups related to my initial visit. This turned out to be a lie, and I received a large charge for each subsequent visit. The staff wouldn't work with me to drop these charges despite their telling me there would be none, and they sent me numerous letters threatening to send my bill to a debt collection agency. I finally paid the sleazy scumbags so I wouldn't mess up my credit. Their services were not worth the postage I used to mail the bill in. On top of all of this, everybody who works there is extremely rude and unpleasant. Avoid at all costs. Edit: After the issue recurred, I went to urgent care and they took the cyst out without any follow up needed other than stitch removal. This doctor was clearly just draining it without fully removing it because it made him more money to have me keep coming back. Wininger is a terrible, terrible doctor.
Terribly rude staff receptionist, extremely disgruntled speaking to patients. Archaic office. Baffled by the fact that they’ve kept such rude staff, primarily the older curly haired receptionist. Don’t waste your time here. There’s a reason this place has such terrible reviews. Consider it.
Extremely long waiting time. Average 45 min. before you even get in, then another 15 min before you see Doctor. Also, Uncomfortable seats in waiting room. They over book the appointments.
Over Booked. Extremely long wait 45 min!. Had a biopsy, felt the whole procedure, he didn't even check to see if I was numb! Office dark, outdated and depressing. Talks too much about himself. The nurse tells you all her problems hard to believe she has a nursing license.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
