List of Mary Ann Curiba's Reviews
Very through and caring MD. Only negative is the wait times - she doesn' t through rush her appointments.
Dr. Curiba was thorough and honest in referring to my pain. Since I have stenosis she is trying to see what meds might be of help and sent me for extensive blood work. Will follow up in a couple of weeks. Wait time was about 1/2 hour.
I absolutely love Dr Curiba and her staff! Been seeing her for a year. They are attentive, caring & and well educated. I have seen 5 different Rheumatologists since I got diagnosed and Dr Curiba is the only one who actually took the time to listen and take care of me. Looking forward to continuing my care for many years to come. & yes she is busy, be prepared to wait. No great doctors have an empty waiting room. Bring a book. 😊😊
She has provided my mother with superb care for over 20 years. She has the patience and takes the time that few other physicians do. Without her my mother would be living in pain, Highly recommended!
Terrible rheumatologist- should retire. Rude, arrogant and there is a reason other rheumatology wait time for appointments are much longer. If you want adequate care, save yourself and see someone else.
One of the worst dr's I've come across. Extremely rude and defensive (for no unknown reasons). Is least friendly. I couldn't help thinking if asking something would end up me getting an answer filled with her attitude. Avoid her if possible. Be prepared to wait for ever before seeing her in her "appointed time".
I almost cannot find the words for how bad this was for me. I had a 1:15 apt and did not see the Dr until 4:30. She spent more time looking at her laptop and asking me what seemed to be scripted questions. I will say she did order blood work- which they did right in the office. I decided to go back for my follow up at the last possible apt they had thinking the wait could not be as long. I feel like the Dr was angry that I even mentioned the wait, as she made a few snarky comments to me after. She was yelling to the staff that she couldn't get on the internet and didn't even "know this woman's name" (the woman was me - sitting right there). I thought maybe I was being punk'd somehow for some kind of TV show! She said my bloodwork showed some abnormalities but was going to suggest I go elsewhere as she didn't want to waste any more of my time. When I asked her to repeat the name if the dr she mentioned she was downright nasty to me. it was beyond horrible
The wait here is unbelievable. I waited over 3 hours in the waiting room. I asked if that was normal and was told "she is a good doctor." During my actual visit with the dr the staff walked in and interrupted with general questions and phone calls. The Dr hardly looked at me and read almost what seemed like a script of questions from her laptop. I did go to a follow up appointment, which I made for 5 pm as I didn't want to miss another full day of work. The office called prior to to ask me to come in earlier. I declined stating I just couldn't be gone the entire day again. When I went to the appointment I was put in the room right away. I waited about 30 mins for the Dr, but she was very annoyed .... Do not complain about the wait time or they will drop you as a patient. I would not have gone back anyway , but she flat out dumped me and didn't answer half the questions I had. Said I should seek out a new doctor. Very strange experience!
I waited for 4 hours to meet the doctor. No proper planning.
Expect to wait a LONG time! The first time I took my mother to this place we sat in the waiting room for 2 hours! Ridiculous and unacceptable. The second time she was not even called in for an hour after her scheduled appointment even though she was the only one there when we arrived. If you make an appointment for this place you better bring a thick book because you're going to have a very long wait time. As for me, I'm never coming here again

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
