It take a long time to get an appointment to see him. if you are sick the office will tell you to go to urgent care. it uually a 2 weeks wait to see the doctor. if you get an appointment you will wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes at least maybe longer. the you go to the rom and wait another 30 minutes. the office staff is rude!!

No problems a little late but that's OK because he checks you out and others thoroughly so you might have to wait a little longer that's OK by me. I find Niel to be very polite and listens to you very carefully I like him very much he's my doctor forever.

He's rude never on time for appointments, you have a 915 am he doesn't come in the room until 10:30 then you tell him your unhappy about that he doesn't even say he's sorry, he doesn't return phone calls always has an excuse his staff is very rude on the phone and in person they worry to much about what there eating for lunch at 9 am, estrella makes more excuses than a 5 year old and never says he's sorry. then has the nerve to bill you for taking your temperture, blood pressure , looking at your throat he charges for each thing he does, hell he probably charged me for the tissue he gave me. will be leaving him can't stand his rude staff and his excuses then he blames everything on his partner, but he'll never say any thing to him claims he's the type to say nothing good riddens

I have been a patient of Dr. Estrella since he start working in Dr. Seymore Wexler's office in Clark, NJ. If it were not for Dr. Estrella I don't think I'd be alive today. Dr. Estrella is a very calm, patient,Dr. He spends the time you need with you. He explains things in a way you understand. I highly recommend Dr. Estrella. He is a wonderful Dr.

doesn't return phone calls, always has an excuse waited 2 hours to see him, then when you get in exam room that's another 30 minutes of waiting to see him. instead of him calling you back he gives instructions to a girl who makes appointments and tells them to call and tell you his office staff is very rude and you tell him and he does nothing to change it. thought he would be o.k. but will be getting another doctor makes an agreement with you then doesn't keep his word. union county healthcare is a joke
